how do i get rid of anorexia

i am, but it's not easy if you're tall and not used to esting much.
it's just like progress at snails pace. and i feel like i'm just psyoping myself into believing anything has changed.
is there anything more drastic to gain weight?

    just increase your food intake in small steps, I used to have the same problem, so initially I'd eat 2 scrambled eggs and a toast, then later 4 scrambled eggs and a toast, then later 4 scrambled eggs and 2 toasts, then toasts with cheese, then add a shake on top of it at the end, and so on with each meal you eat, but it takes weeks getting accustomed

    Pick calorie dense foods, don't eat rice and broccoli.
    Then just shove it down. I don't care if you're full. Your goal should be to never feel sensation of hunger. If you look at the clock and it's 3-5 hours since you last had a proper meal, it's time to eat.
    Your appetite can be trained.

    Stop weighing yourself for a while and keep being consistent, constantly weighing yourself is just gonna frick with your head (exact same thing happened to me, was weighing myself every day and ended up quitting gym because i didnt feel like i was gaining weight even tho i was), also drink a lot of milk, easy and cheap

    It's impossible to gain any meaningful amount of weight if you eat like an orthorexic homosexual on a diet. You can eat at a slight surplus if you make a conscious effort but that's it. A full-on bulk means eating through nausea. Shit sucks.

    With slop the opposite is true. It takes an iron will to not pack on weight. The difference is night and day. You don't even have to change your diet at all. Just graze through a baggie of trail mix during the day and top your meals off with ice cream (TWO SCOOPS). Simple carbs + fat = crack cocaine.

    And dirty boolking is plain cheating. Breakfast alone can be enough to cover your twink arse's BMR:

    >frappuccino (500 cals)
    and
    >buttermilk pancakes with syrup/whipped cream/dulce de leche/nutella (800-1200 cals)
    or if you're lazy
    >2 churros dipped in or filled with frosting (800-1000 cals)
    or if you're a lazy nog
    >2 pieces of nutella toast (700-800 cals)
    or if you're craving something savory
    >bacon egg cheez bagel sammich (600-700 cals)
