shave your head and go out in direct sunlight every day.

This but unironically. Sunlight has fungicidal properties.

      >Apple cider vinigar on the scalp for 2 minutes. Then rinse
      >Nizoral shampoo
Repeate twice a week for a month. Worked wonders for me.

      tried, didn't work

now I do not wash hair/scalp only once a week and eventhough I feel that my scalp is still bruns, it does not show so ... frick it

previously I had a buzzcut/shaved, washed hair every day (for years), scrubbed it, used light vinegar (like 0,2%) everyday for months to no avail

    you don't.
if you let it get out of control, Nizoral nukes your scalp. then you can get back on something milder.

I switched to dove shampoo and it stopped. Tried the fancy dandruff shampoo and everything. Dove worked for me and that other anon, maybe since it moisturizes?

If they "cured" it, they would stop making billions off shampoos and temporary fix products

It's a joke in many ways tbh. If they can't extract profits on a subscription-level then it doesn't happen.

The only thing that has worked for me is coming 10+ minutes every day, the use of antifungal oils, and then cleaning all oils from my scalp/drying my hair before bed. Everything improves but it's a big investment of time, the longer my hair is.

I would like to try bawding it up and just not washing my hair or using shampoo for a month or two just to see if my immune system could overpower all of this gay shit. Like that methed out girl who experienced hunter-gatherer atavism from staying in the forest for a couple months. I want to experience this, but not from being moronic and on meth of course.

    I fixed mine.
    >wash hair every day
    >make sure to lightly scrub your scalp as you do
    >while hair is still damp apply about a tablespoon of picrel to your scalp
    >make sure to scrub it in real good (use fingernails)

Takes about 3 days to see major effects, and about a month in you will have no dandruff.
If you ever stop it will come back though, so you have to do it forever.

Good luck my brother in dandruff.

I thought I had it incurable for 8 years and then a couple weeks ago I tried Selsun blue again and just left it on for 10-15 minutes and now I do that once a week and im fine. I tried selsum blue active ingredient back in the day but i thought it didnt work because it makes it "worse" (more dry) after the first use but if you do it 3 days in a row itll get better.

Ive been in a similar position and this worked for me. It's more of a maintenance thing.

I shampoo my hair like once a week. With dandruff shampoo. But I use conditioner almost everyday. What also helped is putting facial moisturizer on my scalp.

Any topical treatment is charlatanism. Treat the body as a whole. Dandruff is your body's attempt to release stored toxins in a clogged up lymph system. Similar to various skin conditions like psoriasis, or dermatitis.

Detoxify your body and you will never have dandruff again. Nor smelling sweats. You will become disease-proof and age like fine wine.

See Robert Morse ND on youtube for more info.
