    Just start going to the gym and eating healthier. Don't over think it. You don't look like you have breast tissue so your man boobs should go when you lose fat. It's pretty simple. And you should be able to see results pretty quick because you have a lot of fat to lose.

        No you should eat a normal diet, avoid goyslop (i.e: only basic ingredients that you cook yourself) and stay at a caloric deficit.

    I was fatter than you and could have sworn I had gyno, I even started saving up for surgery during my weightloss, yet it went away when I lost weight. Just know that the majority of the visual gains you get from weightloss are towards the second half.
    Looking at your moobs, the nipples don't make it seem like gyno. You can feel them to check the texture of the tissue, if it's hardened there's higher chances it's breast tissue. If not, you are in the clear. But in my case it felt like breast tissue, yet it went away to the point where it at least isn't visible.
    Stop looking for excuses and start losing weight.

        I was 6'0 118lbs at my lightest and still had man breasts, I can't escape it outside of surgery, even tried drugs. Some people are just cursed

      addendum- I used fasting with keto to get down in weight, which I believe helped my skin to firm up so I didn't get saggy like one of my family members did losing a similar amount of weight.

      Mainly OMAD, but now I would suggest 16:8 workout days and OMAD on non rest days with a smallish meal of about 600cal/60g brotein so you can maintain/build muscle and not frick your metabolism.

      If you'd like to cross reference, you should be able to reverse image search this and see when I posted it up in fast over the last year.
