How did the fricker even get voted n a second time. Libtards are so passionate about being politically correct and he did black face countless times and no one gives a frick, but when a teacher wears a mask with the face of a black basketball player for Halloween he almost loses his job
From what I've read you can't get rid of them for good, things like sun exposure can help but only in the short term before it inevitably goes back to its previous state.
Can any anon say that they somehow got rid of it forever in any way?
Have this over probably 90% of my body. Dermatologists told me it usually goes away by 30. I’m gonna be 29 soon and have tried every advertised method of removal, they’re all temporary, and don’t really remove them, just reduces how bad it is. I’m convinced I will die with this shit.
Also stop wearing polyester clothing etc that wicks your skin of moisture, its unnatural and bad for you in the long run. Especially in the groin region.
I have these on my upper arms. I've had them since my teens and I'm over 30 now. I use a moisturizer on them after every shower and I think it improves things quite a bit. They never fully go away and they come back if I stop using the moisturizer.
Anon I’m only sharing this because I’m so grateful to the anon who shared this with me. I would not normally help you homosexuals but if you swish coconut oil around in your mouth for 10 minutes every morning after your morning coffee that shit will go away. You have to keep doing it but for some reason it works. It’s called oil pulling.
1) get lean as frick 2) shave that shit/exfoliate the skin every thrid day 3) get sun and tan that shit. Be about living that life for a year and the shit will disappear. You fat pasty frick
Myself and my sister have always had them, she drastically decreased hers by going full non gluten non lactose but that was a coincidence since she is gluten intolerant, I'm not
I did try the same thing but it had little effect. I strub them like once a week, get sun exposure and it seems to help
Its causes 0 problems and not really noticeable so I don't care for it.
People blaming fat are morons, I've never been over 70kgs and been peak skelly until like 2 years ago yet have always had this
Maybe lardasses have something similar but not the same
Can try a few things including a topical retinoid like adapalene (differin), topical steroid like hydrocortisone for a week or two, or maybe red light therapy.
It’s called keratosis pilaris. You can’t eliminate them completely without maintaining a routine, and even then if you stop your routine they will eventually come back.
I got rid of mine by washing the area (which you will already be doing in the shower anyway, no harsh soaps), then following up with a scrub that contains AHA/BHA, and then making sure to moisturize afterwards. Like previous anons said sun exposure helps a lot, just make sure to use sunscreen since you will be exfoliating the area.
try cold showers before you take anything
see
and
go outside, get some sunlight
Try raping Justin Trudeau

so, wait one more year moron untill you are 30
Mine actually got worse after 35.
what are they called?
keratosis pilaris
only exfoliation and moisturization regimens will help. It is just a build up of keratin around the hair folicles.
why do fat dyel incels always have this around their tricep area of their arms
Good spot, come to think of it, I only see this shit on fat people.
It's because fat man avoid taking off their shirts outside and get less sunlight on their skin. t. fat man.
I have never been fat in my entire life and I always had that shit in my tricep area.
This. I had a mate in high school who was skinny as frick and was covered in these.
Sunlight, stop consuming inflammatory pufas, get proper nutrition.
Dry skin = eczema etc.

Ignore these fricking morons. Get a tan and they go away completely. Have them on my thighs, if I get too pale they come back.
Fish oil pills can help. Nothing replaces a healthy diet tho
