I've been eating nothing but egg whites and hard boiled eggs since last week though I fricked up yesterday
frick ups happen during cut, just make sure it was one day frick up and dont' go for binge because "i fricked up and there is no point anymore"

I've been watching my weight for the last 5 months. I was just under 200 lbs in August and today am around 163. The belly is what makes me insecure. Also I'm a manlet (5'4.5)

pay attention to nutrition. If you frick it up, your belly will stay inflated. Ever seen the kids in Africa with big bellies? Its not because they eat too much or are getting mcdonalds every day, its actually caused by starvation and dehydration. So, yeah, starvation makes you lose fat but keeps your belly from getting smaller

Not what happened. I’ve put on weight and lost it twice before and this current episode started during in 2020 because of Covid, I started to lose in 2021 but plateaued but last year tried again and I’ve gotten down to 163

Its fine to frick up, just dont majorly frick up and absolutely keep it to minimum times. Also, losing fat is slow at first, as your metabolism gets faster you will find it easier to lose fat. One thing to keep in mind, don't go full starvation mode with only eating eggs. Actually do follow a proper diet (not meme ones, obviously) otherwise you will get a rebound and regain the fat

Personally I would start heading toward OMAD. That means restricting your eating window (you could start with two meals separated, like brunch and dinner, then squeeze the meals closer) until you think you can do OMAD easily. Intermitant fasting is a very easy (at least in my opinion) because you're not really hungry, because you're doing your best to let your body easily draw energy from your fat, and thus you're not hungry. It's like waking up in the morning after a night's sleep: you're not ravenously hungry, because your body is drawing energy from your fat stores. Way easier to get into this style of eating if you're not constantly crashing from carbs. I've been running OMAD for almost two months (although I would do it naturally a lot anyway), eating clean, and lifting at the gym, and I'm down about 10 lbs in six weeks. Some of that is water weight, but some of the fat loss is hidden by putting on some muscle (I'm detrained).

Stop eating so much. Cut down your calories. Eat less. Working out will only help so much, and sit ups/other core exercises will not transform that fat into muscle

Step 1. Break your addiction to carbs and sugars. Drink nothing but water, black coffee or unsweetened tea. I recommend fasting for 72 hours, but if that is too much for you then start with a consistent keto/carnivore diet for at least a month.
Step 2. Walk. A lot. Every day. After you're used to that, add resistance training.
Step 3. Track your food. Avoid snacking as much as possible.
Step 4. Start adding more exercise the more you start losing the weight.
Avoid sugar and salt. Eat clean protein and carbs.
