Stop abusing steroids and spamming bodybuilding quad iso work like hack squat, leg press, leg extension etc. >Bro just don't squat bro it's the squats that did it
Absolutely not one natty in human history has ever gotten absurd tumor legs with excessive quads like the ones on the left by doing regular back squats. If you're not cycling (on roids, a sprinting bicycle or both) you don't need to worry about this shit.
This person is doing quad iso shit too like front squat, Bulgarians etc. Reverse image search points to some weird archive of an old Reddit specifically asking for photos of "experienced lifters who do not squat" although I can't find the actual thread.

He never said he was primarily doing squats before and 10 months is a long ass time of just doing heavy quad iso shit. All of his current leg work is quad work save for the "light" RDLs. That's why his quads got so overdeveloped.
Ze Longhuino looks amazing. He also never squats. His Tik Tok is just him spamming quad iso work with some glute/ham stuff mixed him.

No cap I squat 405x5 but also walk 5+ miles a day and this is where I've landed. Minimal volume high intensity with the weights and a lil cardio will do it
This makes perfect sense is and is exactly what one would expect with those numbers. Great quads but not crazy or overdeveloped.
Those are my legs anon, and my last leg workout was one work set of SSB squats with 3pl8 x 40 reps and some bw Calf raises.
I don't do volume or any iso leg work, ever. High volume and frequency is a reddit meme.
Impressive numbers. SSB is more quad intensive than regular low bar.
just a shit tonne of calf raises then? I could technically do to failure after anything I lift and do them throughout the day when doing nothing like cooking or whatever

Recomp through severe deficit with a bed ridden level of activity or fasting in general doing your regular level of activity. It’s not healthy but I lost a lot of mass in my legs during one stint of a several day severe deficit lying in bed, my body recomped on its own and ate through a lot of my muscle which left me weak but with less mass in my legs to the point where it was difficult to walk for like 2 months and I was only bed ridden for like a couple days. Due to muscle memory through I slowly gained it back. Fasting in general helps reduce my leg mass size usually seeing the effects the very next day of fasting even though it’s mostly water, it’s still mass and the difference for me is immediately noticeable. I think longer term fasting would bring me more desirable results but I’ve always found it difficult to adhere to diet routines in particular but yeah
Btw I’m talking about 1 granola bar a day type of deficit, just enough energy to jump start your bodies muscle eating mechanisms. I wouldn’t recommend this though but it works and will leave you feeling cripple for a while depending on how much muscle you let get eaten
Stop squatting more than 2pl8. 2 pl8 is enough for nice proportional legs
Proportional to a 1pl8 bench
Post body
Imagine being this weak and gay.
Kinobody please leave.
Why would you want smaller legs?
Big legs are uncomfortable for sitting on discord all day. They take up too much space in my gaming chair
they are ugly and useless for swiming
>they are ugly
Big quads and calves are aesthetic as frick. Women love muscular legs
Women love glutes, but it’s also scientifically proven women universally love upper torso
Women love muscles.
Upper and lower body development are not mutually exclusive
Strong legs are 100% needed unless you are long distance swimmer
They don't look good on trans bodies
I get too many dingleberries when shitting, can’t separate my cheeks

your average squats obsessed natty has legs like this

>when you only squat
not my problem
Would.
Same, but wouldn't call or text him after.

Squat legs are ugly bro. Get over yourself
I don’t think they’re simply ugly, they’re feminine. The problem is without calf development it simply emphasizes their hips like ladies
Thanks anon, today's leg session is 5 sets of 30-50 reps of one leg hammer iso leg press and some Calf raises to finish
Ppl thinking I'm on mega cycles is hilarious, I'm nearly 50 and on legit real Dr prescribed trt
>TFW I LITERALLY DO NOT SQUAT AND ONLY RUN A FEW TIMES A WEEK BUT HAVE THESE FRICKING TREE TRUNKS
heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp how do I make them smaller? I am an average sized dude (5'9)
Just embrace them and do heavy calf work so they look symmetrical + lower BF
>lower bf
breh how much lower
Welp, just ignore quad isos and get to work on calves. Maybe some posterior chain work to balance out the quads
just a shit tonne of calf raises then? I could technically do to failure after anything I lift and do them throughout the day when doing nothing like cooking or whatever
Only rule for calves is do em heavy. If you have a dip belt you can easily do donkey calf raises
ah, I have one, I can do that
No cap I squat 405x5 but also walk 5+ miles a day and this is where I've landed. Minimal volume high intensity with the weights and a lil cardio will do it
Honestly I knew some dude who did rowing and had humongous legs because the movement is in your legs, so maybe do that for massive gains
Oh wait you want small legs, just do iso exercises once a week and be done with it
Skip leg days. Always skip leg days.
