      I tried this but it's difficult to not rest the dumbbell against my leg and it feels awkward. It felt much better with a kettlebell but the heaviest they have at my gym are 24kg/53lb. Gonna try saxon side bends next time because side bends made me feel nauseous

    I can feel them when I do these, but the limiting factor is being too overall fatigued to continue (doing 12 reps per side, alternating side, i.e. 24 total half reps). I dont get that with anything else, not even DL, pretty annoying because I know I could push my obliques much harder if not for that.

        I have a slight bend in one arm and one leg so that I can pivot whilst keeping my feet planted to the floor, I'm not sure if that's correct or not.
        Honestly I don't even like doing them that much, I feel more fatigue in my side delts than obliques, but maybe I'm just doing it wrong.
