Dynamite strapped to body in abdominal section. Ask middle eastern anons for pointers.

Convert to islam and peacefully protest the burning of quran by taping explosives there
side plank dips
head on into a good old fashioned YLYL thread on /b/, that should do the trick my friend
I don't know why it took the jannies so long to close and archive the thread. This is clearly the answer
I really get my sides to look better
suicide vest
you dont they ruin the v taper
But how to get that Adonis belt???
its genetic, some people have it while being fat, abs are also pure genetics but never to the point of having it while fat
cycling
Man I ride a bike a decent amount between mtb and commuting in the summer. Maybe I'm too fat or have cursed belt genetics
I will join the question too , i have abs but no adonis belt, fitness youtubers tell to train obliques to get them. What to do?
Yes, train obliques. The adonis belt is a ligament running from the iliac crest to a lower point in the pelvis, having oblique muscle mass projecting forward above it is what will bring it out
Cable wood choppers.
Crunch like exercise and being leaner.
You can train your obliques if you want, but it's mainly about getting low bodyfat. Muscle size is like 25% of aesthetics while low bodyfat is 75%. A 17 year old twink can easily mog a 25 year old lifter by being leaner.
dip bar pike ups
Unironically this. Adapt how you move so they get used more in every day living. Barefoot walking gaits shred your abs. Get some moccasins.
>thinks being built like a tree won't make girls want to climb you
baka
Consistent heavy squatting. Decline weighted behind the neck sit-ups. Weighted push ups. Side bends with 25kg plate.
gay viewpoint. Keeping a V-taper for the sake of aesthetics makes 99% of people look like twinks. Women don’t give a frick.
>Decline weighted behind the neck sit-ups.
Do them anyway
not how it works
heavy loaded carries with high volume
how many sets and reps I should be doing is a better question
You don't want big obliques, they'll ruin your physique by making you look like a fridge
as someone with wide ass fricking hips, i'd choose fridge mode over homosexual ass upper body skipper mode
You either have a V-taper or really narrow waist, or a decent waist to hip ratio or you don't touch your obliques ever...Why because Black person if your waist and hip are basically 1:1 all your gonna do is grow a pad of volume and make yourself more stocky...and moron, if your hips project out than your waist...homie you're gonna look breedable if you develop your obliques, in a supreme feminine way...
You either have a narrow waist with a short insertion type of ribcage where these little butthole homies stay stucked in and flare out in a nice flattering way like the serratus, or you do everything you can to avoid over-working them, lest you want to look like you got hips homie...many such cases.
morons
You are moronic and I guarantee you look like shit.
No, he's right. I'd pound his boy pussy in a heartbeat. frickin hell.
i bet klokov would love to get rid of the belly he's walking with, and bum hips - not gonna happen though, once u get preggo roid u're not comming back 😀 it's even worse than getting obese in some respects
>look at the picture
i have motion bot xD as if he swollen an ball lol 😀
>swollen
swallowed
You are also moronic and look like shit.
I'll take "how to avoid functional strength" for $1000, Alex. The way you move is far more important for aesthetics than how you look in a photo.
So you lift only for looks? Are you a woman?
>you don't touch your obliques ever
there is nothing u can grow muscle wise naturally that will make u look like an freak, and same goes for obliques
>idk. man, my legs and arse grew so much that i looked like pear shaped whaman from squats
nope, u just got fat idiot
>side plank dips
and dipping is what for bot?
>so that muscle contracts
it is contracted in said position, u do not need to introduce motion to it
lie down, poke ur fanger into oblique, raise both straight legs a tad off ground - is it flexed? it is, hold it, that's it, lower abs and obliques
training anything in the core is placebo
>training anything in the source of your leverage is placebo
i bet you stand like a pregnant woman
Side bends and oblique extensions on a hyper bench, load with dumbbells, slow eccentric, deep stretch at bottom of negative, 6-10 rep range, increase weight when you hit 10 reps, 6-9 sets per week, simple
Best post in this thread by far. OP, listen to this.
Because it looks sick as fuark bro
>Because it looks sick as fuark bro
looks like shit but that's just roids - flex everything but the muscle u're doing ego lifting some stupid shit, suddenly it turns out abdominal wall gets semi optimal time under tension and grows additionally pushed out by growing bowels which are also muscle tissue (working on ur increased slop consumption overtime) and u get turtle back abs out-angling everything else u worked for supposedly
You're moronic dude. The reason people end up with protruding stomachs has nothing do to with training abs too hard. Are you insane? It's either HGH or anterior pelvic tilt. Obliques still look sick.
baby first cycle o this pic (moving goalposts on ur part bot), too early on this pic, and we have no motion - cbum looks immaculate in poses but when he relaxes the ball belly rears it's ugly head
>reason people end up with protruding stomachs has nothing do to with training abs too hard
i never said that bot, i said bellies of roiders grow despite them doing no abs/obliques, but because their abs/obliques are flexed when they "lift" sth completely unrelated paradoxically for close to optimal levels of time under tension for abdominal belt but not for idk calves they think they are working on
AND
that their unwanted abs and obliques built unwittingly are pushed outwards with muscle tissue of their bowels - roids build every muscle effortlessly including heart and bowels 😀
>It's either HGH or anterior pelvic tilt
xD nope bot
>how do u know that
if it was possible to grow into heavy bodybuilder without bulging gut it would have been done bot, it wasn't, ever
reasoning behind this statement:
>bellies of roiders grow despite them doing no abs/obliques, but because their abs/obliques are flexed when they "lift" sth completely unrelated paradoxically for close to optimal levels of time under tension for abdominal belt but not for idk calves they think they are working on
is perfectly logical, there is nothing wrog with it, it employs known principles, but u bot say it's magical fairy dust instead
why then bot don't we have open class bb without turtle back bellies?
>AND
>that their unwanted abs and obliques built unwittingly are pushed outwards with muscle tissue of their bowels - roids build every muscle effortlessly including heart and bowels 😀
>roids build every muscle effortlessly including heart and bowels 😀
true or false bot?
>u're an moron it's gh and pelvic tilt
they get pelvic tilt from bellies they accommodate not the other way around bot, gh might be fairy dust as well, nobody knows what to expect from it and how it works, it is an mystery
Or bloating/constipation.
Thanks man, never felt the oblique this sore before.
scream allahu akbar really loud
pullovers and side bends and decline russian twists
easy
I tried this but it's difficult to not rest the dumbbell against my leg and it feels awkward. It felt much better with a kettlebell but the heaviest they have at my gym are 24kg/53lb. Gonna try saxon side bends next time because side bends made me feel nauseous
Do side bends and small hold on top keeping your torso straight
Hanging side crunches
Side planks
Cable twists/wood choppers
Im trying to grow them too. I got child bearing hips I need to compensate for.
Thrusting with a weighted pole like a spear. Greek warriors had ripped serratus muscles because of that. Or maybe it's just hollywood. That's how I got mine to show though.
Thrusting ur weighted pole eh? Hehehehe hahahah ohhhhh ohhh heh
Phalanxes -> Maniples -> Cohorts
Look at what these units actually had to do in their duties and see how learning one builds the body and mind to do the next. People who don't understand their physical bodies cannot understand how these seemingly different military doctrines are philosophically related. You're on the right track, anon.
All these Black folk are moronic op listen here:
You need to get good at shit that forcres yohr core to work as a unit. This means shit like heavy unilateral carries, frontsquats, on arm bw rows, copenhagen plank, shitnlike that.
Then you need some twisting motions. Imo the best movement here is windshield wipers but another anon also mentioned cable twists
>Windshield wipers
Listen to this anon. He knows what he's talking about.
Please explain to me why you want to go fridge mode
Because having a strong core makes you athletic as frick, and how you move matters way more than how you photograph, you tinder manprostitute.
>Please explain to me why you want to go fridge mode
12 years later and fridge brah is still making people seethe
I'm doing hanging oblique raises at the moment (like a hanging leg raise except you turn your torso to the left or right and try to lift upward with your obliques.)
Also dumbbell side bends.
I have these highly visible and I have done a lot of side planking and am very low body fat.
Whenever obliques come up people swarm in and say not to do them because it'll ruin your V taper, but I've yet to see any examples of someone who's ruined their physique with huge obliques. It only ever looks fricking great
BJJ unironically
I love a crowd
I can feel them when I do these, but the limiting factor is being too overall fatigued to continue (doing 12 reps per side, alternating side, i.e. 24 total half reps). I dont get that with anything else, not even DL, pretty annoying because I know I could push my obliques much harder if not for that.
Do you keep the arms straight throughout or is there a slight bend to them at each end? There’s conflicting info online and on youtube
I have a slight bend in one arm and one leg so that I can pivot whilst keeping my feet planted to the floor, I'm not sure if that's correct or not.
Honestly I don't even like doing them that much, I feel more fatigue in my side delts than obliques, but maybe I'm just doing it wrong.
Big obliques only ruin your v taper if you’re already fat as shit as they’ll push the fat out more but if not and you’re lean they’ll look good
here's your oblique development bro
when people stopped giving a shit about proportion and started talking about "mass monsters" and the "X frame", keeping your obliques in check is one of the first things that went out of the window
guys like steve reeves had the sense to explicitly avoid isolating them
>keeping your obliques in check is one of the first things that went out of the window
just don't take ungodly amounts of gear so that your bowels don't spill out
Barbell side bends.
How do I get an adobos belt without inflating the upper sides
Low body fat + Stomach Vacuum
