Weighted hip thrusts are the ONLY exercise that actually targets the glutes

Op, I have the same problem, my legs are like matches. But I also have a problem with my knees, so I can't lift heavy weights. What I deduced for myself from the Internet - all sorts of programs from calisthenics and blacks. Long jumps, box jumps, sprints, reverse walks with a cart.
But in general - because I can not increase the weight, then a lot of work with sufficient intensity. Those not 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps, but 15-20+ reps with your weight for 10+ sets. Or squatting with jumps in the same volume.
