Tate has bullshitted a lot about training. In the past he even claimed his physique was just the result of doing 1000s of push-ups every day. But in their vlogs they have never shied away from the fact they work with a personal trainer, and both Tate brothers do lots of bench. Tate seems to focus on building his arms and shoulders.
