        When you hear people say genetics when it comes to calves they mainly mean insertions. If you have a low insertion ofc they will look insane, take example basketball players their insertions are very high and their calves look like shit

    Train them very frequently to failure. Superset your calf raises with all of the heavy compounds, and do them at least twice a week, preferably thrice.

    Put on a dip belt and some weight, go to some stairs or something, and do calf raises with a 3-5 second pause in the bottom of the stretch, heels below toes. Put a hand on the wall or rack for balance if needed.
