How do I hit 170g of protein during lent?!

I'm supposed to be getting 170g of protein daily so I can get shredded but I can't snack between meals so I have to get 56g of protien in each of my 3 meals. Then I have to fast on Wednesdays and Fridays so I'm only having 2 meals and they can't have meat.
