How do I make oatmeal taste good?

What do you put in yours? How do you get the texture right? What are some macro friendly ingredients I can toss in?

I'm a homosexual and I make overnight oats with milk, walnuts, raisins/apples/bananas, cinnamon, and either some maple syrup or honey. Can toss it in the nuker for a minute if cold oats don't sit well with you

    >Fusarium toxins T-2 and HT-2 are most common in oats, followed by deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone (ZEA).
    >Oats contain the antinutrient phytic acid, which binds to minerals like iron and zinc, making it difficult for your body to absorb them.

I've been experimenting with rice in an attempt to combine oats with rice pudding. It's pretty decent but I wouldn't give it to my mother or anything like that.

Eat nothing for at least 24 hours. That way even the blandest shit tastes good.

I actually prefer eggs, but I’m not autistic enough to eat the same breakfast every day

I hate cooked oatmeal. I mix raw oats with peanut butter and have a glass of chocolate milk to wash it down. Delicious.

I usually do overnight oats with milk, quark, peanut butter, crushed banana or blueberries, scoop of whey and lots of cinnamon. For lunch I eat oat pancakes with basically the same ingredients but with 2-3 eggs.

Frozen blueberries are good on macros, add taste, and are better for you sugar or artificial sweeteners. Cinnamon and ginger powder are calorie free and also add taste.

A scant tablespoon of cocoa powder, a couple tea spoons of sugar, maybe vanilla extract if you can spare it. After it's cooked add milk, peanut butter or half and half don't want it to be too homogenous.

    >1.5 cups rolled oats
    >1/4 cup raisins
    >1 scoop vanilla whey
    >2 heaping tablespoons chia seeds
    >500ml whole milk
Shake thoroughly, leave in fridge overnight. Has something like 65-70g protein and is about 800kcals or so. Tons of soluble fibre and complex carbs means it takes me from lunch (midnight) to dinner (usually around 9:00 am) with ease. I eat it every day and my coworkers think it’s the weirdest thing ever.
