How do I manage to stay on top of my studies, and remain?

How do I manage to stay on top of my studies, and remain IST? I don’t want to fall behind on my classes, but I don’t want to be a fatty either.

You need to manage your time and have a strong sense of priority. Sometimes you will need to forego working out for doing more important things. If you were struggling with focusing on your studies before getting IST you definitely won't improve afterwards

If you cant make time for working out even when in a very hard stem degree you are unironically retarded and should drop out before you fail. Working out can easily be done in an hour a day.

college is the easiest time to pursue shit like this lol. you have the most flexible schedule and most time for random different things in college compared to any other point of your life until retirement. and that's true even if you go to a hard degree, unless you end up underemployed in some shit job.

I work full time & take 1-2 classes at a time. Home gym helps (squat rack in backyard)

My university recommends 12 hours per week dedicated to each subject with a usual workload of 4 subjects.
That's 48 hours a week of study (most people do less so in many degrees this is enough to get you high grades and maintain honours programs)
The average person works nearly 40 hours a week and still finds time for 20 hours a week of TV watching. Even if you're putting 60 hours a week towards studies and have a meme 2 hour daily full body workout you can find the time.

If you're balancing full time work, education and fitness it'll be hard enough to justify making a thread about.

Just do what I did, and disregard fitness entirely for the last two years of your degree and the first 3-4 years of your career and just fatmaxx. After that you should have a ton of money, spend 1-2 to recomp and boom, now you’re bulked and shredded.

College expects you to no life it.
Do the bare minimum as you get your assignment and have a damn life.

    >top of my studies
Nobody cares about grades, only the actual diploma and experience matters
That said, being at the best shape possible also improves your drive and mental health, when you actually start lifting you wi notice you will have more motivation to do stuff and learn to manage your time
Don't expect to be sleeping 8~10h a day like a lazybag anymore though, you're looking at 5 to 6 hours at best, and you will be required to get used to it

Other way around, it's more like a mental fortitude test if anything
If you can endure college+job+lifting on a 5~6 hours recovery window without breaking, you're massively stronger mentally than somebody whose have the luxury to laze out for longer

I have already finished my STEM uni, but I am CTO of a startup, so I have a comparable or larger workload.
    I do 1 - 1,5 hours of exercise 3 times a week.
That is the minimum to keep you healthy and not feel like shit.
The truth is that you have to pay with you time either way. Either you pay by going to the gym, or you pay by being unhealthy having pain and thus being unable to work.
I have fixed days where I do the sports, it's every Monday, every Wednesday and every Friday. It is automatically Priority 0, this means I will cancel meetings if otherwise, I will be unable to meet my fitness standards.
The only exception are actual emergencies and traveling.
The only time I cheated in the last 3 months was when a friend tried to kill himself AND I had to go on a business trip the next day, that's the kind of exception we are talking about here.
It does not really matter what sport you do, for me I like to be alone during sport because I am an introvert so I either go running, swimming or to the gym, which one I do on the specific day depends on the exact schedule and frankly what I want to do on that day. The most important thing is that it is regular .

Honestly, you can't. Unfortunately, college is basically your last opportunity to get pussy that's not retarded.

Just graduated in the spring and currently studying for entrance exam to medical school in US. Still make time 5x a week for 2 hours of gym time. My biggest suggestion is to get up at 5-6AM and start grinding. Ain’t no way you are doing 12 hours of studying

Very doable. Even in med school a lot of my peers find the time to exercise regularly, some of these motherfuckers are crazy fit. Fuck doing anki or studying between sets though, keep that separate and enjoy your time while working out.
