Whey, brown rice, chicken/beef/pork, frozen veggies. Cook it all in bulk yourself. Easily under $100/week if you shop good

I don't care about taste. I only want to meet my nutrient requirements and not feel satiated.

Try eating pickles whenever you're feeling hungry. Make sure to eat foods high in dietary fibre during every meal as well.

    >micros
Eggs + tomato has every micro. Same for potatoes + dairy. If you have those 4 foods in your day then it's virtually impossible for you to have a nutrient deficiency and it's very cheap and healthy. For fruit and vegetables opt for either fermented or what's in season. 1/3 of the price and double the nutrients and quality
    >protein
For protein outside of the eggs and dairy: chicken breast, chicken thighs, dried black beans, turkey breast, and frozen tilapia, at least in the USA, BTFO all other protein sources in terms of protein per calorie per cost
    >fat
Olive oil is an easily bought healthy source of fat to round things out and butter is decent too. Just be sure to get the olive oil either in a dark glass bottle or a metal tin and make sure it's not a blend. For the butter shill the extra dollar for better butter. It's worth it for both health and taste
