    Okay I actually just found out 1lb of turkey only has 860 kcal
    And it has 130g protein
    So I could potentially eat 2lbs of turkey(have a massive one I just took out of the deepfreeze for the smoker tomorrow) and still get in my sweet potato/veggie shakes
    And like that anon said I'll salt it up
    Seems so gross guzzling down turkey but if that's what I have to do...

    I ate 190g of protein today, no issues.
    12oz groundbeef chili, just the beef (my chili is god tier)
    An apple
    6 eggs, fried in butter, salt and pepper
    Avocado on the eggs, salt on the avocado
    2 cups bluebs
    2 scoops of pea protein, taken with water.

    There's literally so many ways to make eggs, beef, chicken, etc interesting without making it unhealthy.
