I'm 28 but I just bought an inversion table and John Wood grew an inch using Wolff's law and I grew from 5'10 to 5'11 recently by doing yoga, injecting pic related and gradually increasing the height of my spin bike and sleeping with ankle weights on with my feet hanging off the bed or with resistance bands tied underneath my armpits and to my ankles attached to the bed frame and l argenine and mabrem oil and raw milk and hanging exercises.
