How do I quit drinking sugary shit and get used to just water?
I've already cut my soda intake and try to drink more water but I can never fully get rid of it.
I don't like tea or coffee.
Can I even reduce body fat while drinking this shit?

Let me rephrase this: learn to tolerate a little bit of discomfort caused by not bludgeoning your pancreas with sodie-pops 3 times a day.     Buy sparkling water like La Croix
    I used to drink a 6 pack of beer every day, but I switched to that instead and I was basically cured overnight
    I think my body was just conditioned to want cold carbonated beverages out of a can, and it didn't really care what it was

    i used to be pathetic just like you anon. what i did was buy sparkling water (i like watermelon Waterloo best), martinellis apple juice, and caffeine Excedrin and I completely stopped buying soda. when I would get those sugar/caffeine headaches from not drinking soda, i would take an excedrin. i drank mostly the sparkling water, but when i had a sweet craving i would drink the apple juice. after i got over the sweet tooth, i stopped drinking the apple juice and now i just drink water, tea, and coffee.

    How many people drink soda regularly? Growing up my parents never bought soda (they were fat and I was too kek) but because they never bought it I never had any issue with it, I’d only ever have it at restaurants and I don’t really like the taste of coke and the only time I’ll have it is in a rum and Coke

    get soda water and juice half a lemon into it. will get that sweet, fizzy feeling, but wont have half of the shit that coke gives you

    In this order
    >diet coke
    >caffeine free diet coke + espresso
    >espresso + bubly or other carbonated drink
    >espresso
    >black tea
    >herbal tea

    This should get the energy you are used to but dump the sugar and the carbonation feeling you are used to

    buy syrup
    look at recommended mix ratio
    at least double the parts water
    enjoy slightly sweet (fizzy) drink
    if you are a homosexual, you can even lower the concentration gradually.
