How do I realistically get something close to this body?

How do I realistically get something close to this body? I'm already very skinny, gaining muscle lately, mostly strength. I'm asking because I will be cosplaying as him by EOY.
I know a lot of fat fucks here will say "just don't eat lmao" because they've never been skinny, so disregarding that...

Looks like the most important things here are: triceps, biceps, shoulders, some chest and some abs. I don't think he has much back development.

I feel like it's quite difficult to gain arm mass without gaining weight. Muscle difference in size is almost negligible. I gained 2 lbs of muscle last month and 90% of that shit looks like it went to my legs

          I don't think I'm fat, I should lower my body fat but I'm 165 lbs (6'0) and my bf is 18%. My goal is around 15%

          actually i googled and it's retarded, his arms are definitely small and his bicep isnt as huge as in OP picture. only his delts are big. it seems inconsistent which is to be expected from vidya

          Yeah, I guess it's not the best example.

            I think they just made his physique ottermode (picrel, typical for anime chars), but with big delts and lats to make him look more "heroic" and strong. his arms are still ambiguous though, because in unflexed position his bicep looks like it should be huge, but the he flexes it and it's just ottermode bicep.

              Final Fantasy protagonists are greek physique type of guys or lanklets/ottermodes, never the heavy bulk guys or muscle heads to make more "appealing" figures for general mass media. Imo Cloud should have massive fores though and brachialis muscles like laborers.

                In the original he indeed had these huge forearms with small bicep / tricep, but it looked unnatural, and would be very weird IRL.
                and yeah I agree they deliberately didn't want him to be "bulky" to keep the twink look. one of the key features of a "musclehead" is obviously bicep / tricep, I guess they deliberately made those small to avoid that look for Cloud.

                Even if you were moving through air as if when you are moving and swinging the sword, you will still develop some stronk muscles from the motions. You should grab a 3 pound training mace and see how you feel after a few days of 100 swings.

                You just need strong fascia and tendons, they really are a key in developing extra strength beyond what your puny muscles can. "Internal" strength vs "External" strength.

    ok, real non-meme analysis.
    key points here
    1) his chest isn't very big, but it's defined. achieving this can be pretty straightforward, just pushups / bench with some cable crossovers thrown in
    2) weird abs with line inbetween and no horizontal separations. they aren't huge but they are good. not sure wtf is this, but there's a lot of good ab builders, hanging leg raises are arguable the best but theres a ton of good ab ones and they all work.
    3) big shoulders. now this is your big priority, this is one of his key features. lateral raises, facepulls / reverse flies, overhead press all needed to get that look.
    4) big lats. another one. pulldowns / rows all the way, second big priority
    5)his arms are a bit weird, seems like he has a huge biceps, but a small triceps. curls should be a big priority #3. reasonably ok triceps but bench / pushup can be enough, if not - skullcrushers. may need forearms but i can t see them in the pic
    6) thin neck and no traps. less for you
    all in all—put most accent on delts, lats, bicep; rest is your medium sized muscle that you can get on most full body routines
