How do I retain my youthful looks

All my peers are aging like shit and they're not even 30 yet.

I drink once in a while, don't do drugs and mostly only eat home made meals

what else can I do ? Any supplements or measures I can add?

basically this. Holding on too tight makes you look like an idiot, the cope makes you look powerless. Go gracefully to stay in control.

    Healthy diet
    Regular exercise
    Skin care routine (include tretinoin)
    Avoid sun/stress/smoke/drugs
    Rest is up to genetics

Its also a matter of how you present yourself. The other day some dude thought i was 19 when im 27. But probably my flamboyant haircut, groomed beard and youthful clothes had some effect on that.
If i were to shave my head, let my beard grow, and wear some middle age clothes, i would look 35 min despite all the factors i listed above.

      >Rest is up to genetics
This is what worries me. I saw pics of my dad in his early 30s and he looked old as frick.
He was a heavy drinker though as opposed to me but still

For your skin care, do you just apply tretinoin?

Let me guess, you're planning on putting effort in to your life in 5 years time to try and attract a woman and are worrying about looking to old by then

        >For your skin care, do you just apply tretinoin?
Morning: vitamin c serum, leave for a while then apply sunscreen before leaving home
Night: apply tretinoin for a set amount of time, then remove and put moisturizer
+ exfoliating mask 1 time per week

After a certain point, there will be little you can do to keep a youthful appearance.

I'm 50 and just don't care anymore. Shallow, empty people only see the outside.

I mean at 50, it doesn't matter. It's just my peers look like shit in their early 30s , would you not want to avoid that?

no choice for some. Take care of your hair OP that will age you more than anything. Bodyfat and skinhealth are next most important

Stop being so vain. People who worry about this shit never have anything of value in their lives to focus on besides shit like this. So, women and zoomers.

It’s 90% avoiding UVA. Someone post the pic of the truck driver.

Also, having good gut health, getting enough sleep and avoiding bad stress will help.

    75. In primitive societies life is a succession of stages. The needs and purposes of one stage having been fulfilled, there is no particular reluctance about passing on to the next stage. A young man goes through the power process by becoming a hunter, hunting not for sport or for fulfillment but to get meat that is necessary for food. (In young women the process is more complex, with greater emphasis on social power; we won’t discuss that here.) This phase having been successfully passed through, the young man has no reluctance about settling down to the responsibilities of raising a family. (In contrast, some modern people indefinitely postpone having children because they are too busy seeking some kind of “fulfillment.” We suggest that the fulfillment they need is adequate experience of the power process—with real goals instead of the artificial goals of surrogate activities.) Again, having successfully raised his children, going through the power process by providing them with the physical necessities, the primitive man feels that his work is done and he is prepared to accept old age (if he survives that long) and death. Many modern people, on the other hand, are disturbed by the prospect of physical deterioration and death, as is shown by the amount of effort they expend trying to maintain their physical condition, appearance and health. We argue that this is due to unfulfillment resulting from the fact that they have never put their physical powers to any practical use, have never gone through the power process using their bodies in a serious way. It is not the primitive man, who has used his body daily for practical purposes, who fears the deterioration of age, but the modern man, who has never had a practical use for his body beyond walking from his car to his house. It is the man whose need for the power process has been satisfied during his life who is best prepared to accept the end of that life.

I didn't care AT ALL about how I looked. Then I finally had my glow up at 29/30, and all of a sudden I had people literally coming up to me and talking to me, complimenting me, and if my age ever came up I sheepishly replied "th-thirty ha-haa" and now I've become OBSESSED with looking youthful. My habits haven't even changed, I'm still the same vampire shut in don't see the sun dork I was 10 years ago, I never used any sunscreen or moisturizer or skin cream or anything, but now I can't stop THINKING about it, ever since other people started mentioning it.

I turned 39 last month and don’t have wrinkles and not balding yet; only unusual thing about me is that I take a lot of long walks, don’t have a lot of responsibilities, and mostly drink water coffee or tea. That’s all the advice I can give. I did take low dose adderall for 4 years with NAC and B-12 which might’ve contributed to some gray hairs and a shingles outbreak so I quit taking it in December

The last 3 years or so I sometimes use some gentology moisturizer my mom keeps giving me but I should say I tend to go several days without showering and just wear a hat around. At the end of the day I’m a total bum, you’re better off not going down this road. Here’s a look at some gray hairs

I’m really poor and boring so they split. I got a degree and started making more money but now I have a gambling problem so basically nothings changed. But mostly when it comes to a woman’s “shit tests” I give up easily, I guess I’d rather protect my ego than be pussy whipped

one of my coworkers is pushing 30 and looks 20. drinks every night, smokes nonstop, always stressed
If ur looks fade it means you're supposed to grow up. My advice: if u experience twink death then spam minoxodil on your face until you can grow a full beard

If you are a man do not fight it. The charade never lasts forever. People worship youth. But this is because they do not know what old age is. Boomers are weak, unwise, and lack all the grace of age.
You should be tanned, strong, wise, lean but not too lean, knowledgeable, and above all be jovial.
Be something like Zeus. As if you had a latent energetic and wild strength that was tamed by age and bound up in an aged hide.
As you get older still look to Odin, wise and clever.

    Be larger than life.

For women. Get pregnant. Your body will shoot you with adrenachrome.
