How do I show off my gains without taking off my clothes?

I don't have large traps/delta so I don't look like I lift when I'm wearing clothes
However I'm very lean and vascular. Is the beach the only place where I can show off my gains organically?

    Get large traps/delts
Large quads help if you wear shorts too

Walk around picking up heavy stuff randomly while maintaining eye contact
or just do exercises that improve your traps and delts, it's not that hard

      Wear tighter clothing.

You want to be mired and appreciated as much as anyone else does. Stop pretending you don't. Nobody believes you.

Just be a tight shirt gay. Tight shirts, tight sweaters. Just man bawd it up. The only issue right now is zoomer fashion is really into oversized t-shirts and big ass fricking levi jeans. But if you're like 5'9 150lbs just ripped you'll just look DYEL in oversized zoomer fashion.

You aren't going to look like you lift with normal clothes on until you hit big boy weight. I'm 2/3/4/5 for reps, natty. 6ft, 210. Best you can hope for when being twink mode is getting to sub 12% bodyfat and be vascular but you're still going to look like a twink, just a veins one who *might* go to the gym, it'll be hard for the normal person to judge

As a fit dude admirer, you look strong even with the shitty shirt. Legs look strong, chest looks strong, and shoulders look big. No hint of fat arms and thick neck. Also, all that would be way more apperant in person vs in a pic. Dismorphia's a b***h

Idk why my post is being construed as me thinking I don't think I look like I lift. I know I look like I lift in a shirt. And the reason I look like I lift in a shirt is because I'm 2/3/4/5 for reps (and 2.25/4/5/6.5 for 1)

My point was if you want to look like you lift in a shirt as a natty, you need to get strong as frick.

Maybe you hang out in a more athletic part of the country, but most 35 year olds are fat and/or have beer guts here locally.

I dont know why you tards are going by eyesight and getting surprised that you disagree, we as humans came up with units of measurement for situations like these you monkeys, go measure your arm circumference, post it and we'll know if you're big or not, pictures and muh 2/3/4/5 mean nothing, you cant trick the ole tape measure

You look better than me at 32. I looked a lot better than you when I was in my mid 20s, but you're right, most people stop lifting and/or get fat in their 30s. I'm currently working to get back in shape.

Forget what the average ISTizen autist says, you're doing great. This board is full of bitter, angry homosexuals looking for any excuse to demotivate his fellow man.

It's fine, I know how it goes here.

I was 128lbs when I graduated high-school and 150 in my 20s, this is definitely as good as I've ever looked unless you count the skinny ass visible abs phase. I didn't start working out until I was 31.

Everyone is replying to this guy so I will aswell. If I saw you out and about I would have to pay attention to figure out if you lift or not. b***h breasts and fatceps on a form fitting shirt look exactly like you do in that pic. So, usually to notice someone lifts it has to be obvious because people don't just pay attention to random people. So outside I would probably not be able to tell that you lift

Work your traps, you're already lean/vascular which is great. They don't require much work, basically just shrugs/power shrugs for 3 sets of 8-12 2x a week but they're a gamechanger

    form fitting clothes OP
in fact, you should wear these even if you aren't fit

do you have advice for shopping for them? Should I even consider getting some things tailored? Your average department store white tee doesnt seem to fit especially well.

        Anonymous

you can't go wrong with slim fit, just make sure that if you're fat it isn't TOO tight that you can see and hold the wheels around your waist, just tight enough that it doesn't look loose. that's for t-shirts. For shirts you want to make sure you can hold both your shoulders crossing your arms and feeling it loose enough but not looser than that
as for pants make it tight on the thighs/buttocks and make it (slighlty) loose below your knee/on your shins/calves
don't let the bottom of your pants bunch up on your shoes/feet, roll them up a little (look it up on yt)

yeah, again just strike a good balance of form fitting without tight, tight can only be pulled of by pre-18 teenage kids going for that homosexual justin beiber look (don't judge them too hard for this though they probably slay 15 yo chicks with that fashion or did back when it was popular)
if the clothing article says "skinny fit" steer clear from it

              Anonymous

also if it wasn't obvious try to go for clothes that do say "slim fit," they're usually designed for what you're looking for

I forgot to reply to this
        >Should I even consider getting some things tailored?
Getting shit tailored is indeed a good way of making clothes look good. I particularly do this whenever I find a buttoned shirt that I like with a chest pocket, I get them removed since apparently they make your gyno look worse (or give the visual effect of having gyno if you don't have it in the first place)
i'm looking for the info i downloaded off the net, ill reply later

the answer is be born with wide clavicles
you can train delts and traps as much as you want and you can have an amazing physique, but without the right frame you won't see it in most clothing
that being said, well fitting t shirts and stuff like turtlenecks will definitely complement your physique, especially if oyuhave a big chest and big arms

  20. 10 months ago

    Big born with wide clavicles.

Overdevelop forearms. Especially the brachioradialis. (Most visible and easily flexed muscle in a tshirt)

Arms and shoulders simple as that
