Ahh no idea, it was a mental thing for me, one day I just decided that I want to improve my life and stop feeling awful all the time which was from 14 to 19 years old probably
Just fricking lift. Lift to failure. Cycle til you can't cycle any more. Drink a lot of water. Stop thinking, start doing. You'll eventually start eating. You'll look better, get stronger, and find reason to keep going.
