Unironically cut sugar and seed oil laden food out of your diet completely. That's 90% of the issue done with right there. I lost my sense of taste for a year and when I ate something sugary that wasn't fruit or milk I got stupid cravings even though I couldn't even taste it. Sworn off the stuff since then.

takes about 1 - 2 weeks of cold turkey to get rid of cravings when doing this, after that hump you will not have it so bad anymore.
seed oil is gonna be the hard of the 2 to dodge because its in almost everything.

Just stop being a fricking homosexual. You are your body so it is impossible to love yourself and sabotage your body at the same time. Your issue is in the brain but because you’re such a weak little shit the better part of your brain is used for reasoning/theorizing and nothing else. Make that better part of your brain stronger, how long can that loser part of your brain be in control.

Just fast for one single day. You can manage that. Just one day. If you can do one day, then you can start losing weight.

Eat no more than two meals a day within a window no more than 8 hours. For me, it's easier to commit to that by having the first meal consist of food that doesn't need to be cooked and cook the remaining calories for the second. After the second meal, fast for at least 16 hours (you'll be asleep for around half of that time so it's not a big deal). Eat nutrient dense foods and keep the processed slop to a minimum. Check the calories and serving sizes of what you eat too. You might be eating a lot more than you think.

Look at yourself in the mirror, shitbag. Now think of all the b***hes you'll have hanging off of you when you succeed. You got this.

Fast for 3 days, this will reset your insulin and food dopamine reponse. When you resume eating, do not processed sugar, fatty / oily carbs, junk food in general really.

I lost 150 lbs mostly just walking alot and sometimes fasting 24-48 hours. I know fasting is too hard for some people and I have stopped doing it and now just do one meal a day.

I dont eat anything or drink any cals until the end of the day and then when I do eat it'll be whole foods that taste good. For example a frickhuge bag of broccoli, some chicken and cheese ontop.

A bunch of airfried potatoes with seasoned ground beef and some kind of tasty spicy sauce or something.

Yeah, the anons itt are right. Fast as long as you can, ideally 3 or more days and then eat nothing else but healthy as unprocessed foods as possible after that. Your body adapts in a week or two and after that fruit will be like straight candy.

Your reason needs to be powerful, emotional and not abstract. Instead of making your reason "it will improve my health", it has to be something like "every day I stay fat is an extra day that my future wife will get rawdogged by another dude" (you need to have a girl in mind, otherwise it probably won't work as well, you need to visualize it), if you still grab that cookie, you're actively cucking yourself. I've gone from 270 to 255 lbs in these last 2 weeks by using that as motivation, I'm 6'4 so my ideal weight is ~205lbs, still have 50 extra pounds to lose but I'm confident I can do it in less than 2 months. I eat one meal and exercise 1-3 hours every day, a 24 hour fast is easy for me at this point, I might start using extended fasts.

Lmao, but yes, this will work. I got to find my version of this. I think it will be that every day i am not in peak health is taken away from how long i will be around to help my kids learn to navigate being in this world.
