How do I stop working out every day? If I skip just one day of working out I feel like shit and depressed af. But sometimes working out every day is too much and I just feel tired all day afterwards.

Not OP but I had to say it.
Don't stop, if it makes you feel good then keep doing it. just do it smartly, ie train only one muscle group a day. On rest days just go do another sport ie soccer, swimming, basketball etc...

basically yeah just make it part of your habits, create space for it in your day. You might genuinely be a busy person with preexisting commitments, but that’s not most people here. You can subtract an hour from the hours you spend on tv or video games to go to the gym
I’m very momentum based in my habits, hard to break out of old ones and equally hard to break into new ones. If I don’t work out for a day now I feel very restless and agitated, despite having long periods of time in the past where it was very difficult for me to build enough willpower to go to exercise at all.

i dont really lift, i do HIIT/calisthenics bodyweight. use weights occasionally and not heavy.

eat lots of oats eggs and grapefruit to power your workouts 24/7 caffeine/pre workout if necessary
