    Hate to be the one to break it to you but unless you have the genetic potential(i.e. insertions, proportions) you will NEVER unlock this mode. Spoiler alert: you probably DON'T.
    BUT... despair, not. For, the only way you'll know what YOUR potential is, is to start eating right and exercise. Spare yourself the years of body dysmorphia. Realize and accept that you will never look like that there pic. But you can be a bigger more ripped version of yourself. THAT, anon is better than any other ideal. So go get it.

        NO they can't. Just look at cbt threads. Most guys with this much muscle and leanness will have some structural flaw like wide hips, ribcage too narrow or wide, narrow shoulders, weird chest muscle insertions etc.
        This guy has good structure, narrow hips, ribcage just right and wide shoulders, and good muscle shape, which creates this unique look that you only get due to genes.
        Who do you think will look more like op when they workout?

        this is correct. the guy has top 1% potential for aesthetics and this is apparent even though he is nowhere near natty limit mass-wise. he literally already looks better than many people do near the natty limit.

        his arms look like my arms after 2 months when I was still DYEL
        his chest looks great, probably took longer, but still

    If you were fat growing up you will essentially never be able to due to what fat cells build up as a teen. You will be soft pretty much all over then. Best case is you cut down and then go fridgemode.
