some people quite ironically don't even have hobbies beyond the routine of work and back home, they end up pretty much just doing fricking nothing but eating when provided free time

I have genetics for weight gain(so much in fact that I rarely eat eggs) so if I didn't controlled myself i would easily become one of these guys that shop at walmart on scooters

    >without feeling like complete shit

Yes, that's the point. I was essentially self harming when I was binge eating and putting on a ton of weight

That's not everybody though, some people are having a great time eating shit 24/7, but those people probably put on weight over a longer period of time

I had 4 weeks off work during summer and gained 20 pounds in that time. I was less active that usual but continued to eat like a horse. When I went back to work and started cycling daily again I went back to my previous weight pretty fast.

I've never gained that fast, but I put on 15 pounds the first year of working in an office because it had free soda, and because I didn't cook for myself so I'd go out for fast food nearly every day.

I’ve gained 50 pounds in 7 months m8. I gained 20 of those pounds while getting my mile from plus-10 minutes to sub-7 minutes too. All you have to do is eat a lot of food, it’s that simple.

I literally can't lose any weight unless I fast for seven days straight and the moment I stop fasting the weight comes creeping back maybe I am eating dust particles like a blue whale eats krill

I did such freaky stuff with my ex during lockdown. We went from doing vanilla sex with occasional facials and rare anal to me DVPing or DPing her with a vibrator, pissing on her then fricking her ass while she’s still covered in piss and pissing in her ass.

We broke up and it was for the best but that was such an exciting time. It escalated so fast and she was suddenly game to try almost whatever I had in mind. I started watching hardcore porn to get ideas. Shit was so cash.

Many foods are extremely high calorie.

You can easily eat over 3500 calories/pound in a day and if you're doing this over the course of two months every single day its very easy to put on such weight.

Humans are meant to go a few days without eating and eating meats, veggies, nuts and cheese in bulk then fast again. We're cavemen in a modern society.

This happened to me during beginning lockdown.

    Few factors in my case
    1. Loss of routine fricked me psychologically and physically, got super depressed
    2. went from burning 4k+ cals 6 days a week down to BMR + little extra.
    3. Didn't change diet from pre lockdown. But as got depressed began eating way more junk, too.
    4. Always had a problem of overeating. Psychological weak point. Only managed to control it as an adult with high exercise volume.
    5. Body has always been good at catabolism. Quick to gain muscle during surplus and heavy lifting, too.

Went from 185 -> 220 in 3 months give or take, probably fat gain of 40-45 pounds because I was losing muscle, too. Snapped out of it in late March, bought a barbell and some plates and learned how to oly lift given that I couldn't get a rack and got back to 185 by July.
