I spotted a girl on the bench today. She approached me. After I spotted her I continued to mind my business. No #metoo shiznit. Stop sensationalizing things that don't matter. Just don't be a sperg.
You dumbass, it was just an excuse to get you to put your wiener 6 inches from her face, she wanted you to pick her up so she could go suck you off in the locker room
I realized that instantly. She walked past a bunch of dudes just to ask me to spot her. I was wearing grey sweats too. She said she was doing 1 paused rep once and I told her looked like it was easy for her. Then she said she was gonna add more weight, I said alright and went back to my workout. Cute white girl with green eyes and blonde curly hair in a bun. Women shoot their shot in weird ways but I just didn't care.

Idk. We dont have that in Russia. People flirting all the time in gym. I'm not. I'm a vurgin and i just lift.
What’s ironic about all this shit is it does NOTHING to deter the type of the guys who do this shit- I.e. Black folk, etc. but what it DOES do is deter average mild mannered guys, who, regardless of what you might think of them, have inarguably provided the bulk of the intellect and labor responsible for our economic prosperity. My lord this country is a dysgenic shithole.
This. It’s great honestly. I’m still going to carry on ogling all the women I like meanwhile mild-mannered cucks get scared off. I think you meant to say eugenic not dysgenic timmy.
>Me on the left with the flat ass wondering why I get no attention
Probably because the other girls are dressed like vidrel in pants that split your ass cheeks in two and you're dressed in some shit a 45 year old with a new gym membership would wear...
In my gym a handful of girls started wearing those booty splitting pants and within 6 months about 80% of women under the age of 40 are wearing them...its a fricking arms race and you don't bring bring granny spandex to a booty pants fight.
As always, women don't like being the object of desire of unattractive men, which is to say 80% of them, maybe 70% among the gymgoing population. They want to be the object of desire for attractive men - which is why they wear skimpy sports bras and leggings that go up their asscrack.
The answer is either sex segregation, dress codes, or telling women "No,"
>be me >female >dominican starts small talk >wow what does your tattoo say >i say i regret it bc i did it myself >wow are you a tattoo artist >say i was for 2 years >"well i've been tattooing for 10 years" >literally no visible tattoos >"well yeah i have no tattoos bc i am a conservative guy" >wtf
Women are just self conscious because they are 3/4 of the way naked in public, and when people look their direction the self consciousness rears back up, because dressing that way in a public gym is not fricking normal
>So yeah, i really think this article is important, but i spent several minutes carefully cropping it so you can't see the date, the url, or the publication. It's very very important to emphasize the clickbait article though, to ensure that my fellow morons stay as angry as possible.
A few years I had a job on the tech side of legal discovery.
One case involved a small chain of gyms, a exercise equipment company, and a personal injury lawsuit
Owner was IST tier and had cameras like a casino and tons of storage.
We didn't have to review all of the footage since it was just cataloging and spot checks but we still lended up watch dozens of hours of gym video.
It's really like the Indian and Arab guys just go to the gym to silently stare at women. They dgaf.
Black and Latinos, and some white guys, stare but usually in the context of flirting or conversation. I couldn't hear them by I imagine it was stuff like >Sup, nice form. Can I work in?
And not just serial killer stares.
Yes, because women lack willpower. They are physically, mentally and emotionally weak. The #MeToo movement is a cope. Nobody really gives a shit about you dumb bawds in the gym, you're using it as an excuse to quit. Women stare at me all the time in the gym, good, they can watch the whole time and take notes.
I dunno, as a lonely man I feel pretty uncomfortable in most social spaces and I have to resist the same urge to leave and stay at home.
Here's the start of the article: > We all have the right to feel comfortable and empowered in the gym but a worrying trend in men harassing women while they exercise is threatening this, with one in five women quitting their gym memberships. Samantha O’Brien reports – and we hear #metoo in the gym stories from Healthista readers > > The #MeToo movement has regained its position in mainstream media a year after it began. In fact, a new study has revealed that 71% of women are being harassed at the gym on a regular basis. With 82% of women changing their gym routine because they were being followed around the gym. > > The study was conducted by FitRated, and also found that more than 90% of women said they don’t like being stared at while exercising. Plus, one in five women were found to have even cancelled their gym membership because of this very reason.
There's MUCH creepier shit though in the article besides just "he looked at me". lol, Do you idiots really do this?

I don't want all that social tension at my gym.
I want to be able to go there, train, and for others to be able to do the same.
Flirting, taking photos, social media, etc. would all be banned at my ideal gym. Just a place for people to go to exercise and nothing more.
If there was a male only gym in my town I'd go there, less drama.
Want to date and socialize? Go to a bar, or a park. Want to pick up hot girls? Go to a beach or other body of water. You can still filter out the whales and show off your body, I don't care, just don't do it at my gym. Mirrors should only be there to check form and progress.
Maybe it's because I live in a college town, but there's two spots where random people just sit down and everyone talks with everyone. Obviously you dont talk to random people minding their own business, but it's one of the meetup spots where I live.
You don't have to open a men's only gym, just don't have any cardio machines in your gym and make it 90% free weights, benches and racks. Also make sure the lightest dumbbell is 20lbs. Women will naturally avoid your gym like the plague.
That probably would have been true 10 years ago, but in my gym nearly all the gen z girls are doing ass exercises in the lifting area using actual barbells. We live in the age of ass and most women now understanding that no one ever got a good ass from running kek
Men's only spaces/clubs/groups are violently quashed by feminists before they can even get off the ground.
Even if one did open, women would complain that they don't have men drooling over them anymore doing glute exercises in skintight clothes.
>Yeah, men should have to deal with me flashing my asscrack and pussy wedgie like a bawd for sale because there's literally nothing else in my wardrobe, not my problem okay, chuds???
Don't give me that "IT'S COMFORTABLE" bullshit, skin tight shit it's the absolute worse thing to wear when sweating especially when it's some synthetic fabric not that these dogs would know shit about sweating in the gym
>Don't give me that "IT'S COMFORTABLE" bullshit,
Every women i see in the gym wearing nike spandex short shorts is digging them out of their crotch every 30 seconds...clearly they're not comfortable
I don't care anymore. If I want to look at a woman, I will. I will hold eye contact if she looks at me, and will continue to look at her ass when she walks away.
Don't care, I'm looking. "Oh, I just want to be comfy in my spanx and sports bar teehee." No b***h you want attention and you're getting it whether you like it or not. Dress like a bawd, get treated like one.
Frick, I meant sports bra, not bar. They'd probably be cooler if they owned a sports bar though.
I would rather kill myself than be cucked so hard by modern western society that I am not allowed to look around anymore.
See you on tiktok trending lol.

Institute a proper dress code for the gym.

That's not it. They dress provocatively then pretend they don't like being looked at because that's like a female humble brag.
>stare at women in the gym
>they get angry
>don't stare at women in the gym
>they get angry
What am I supposed to do?
>be me
>female
>dominican starts small talk
>wow what does your tattoo say
>i say i regret it bc i did it myself
>wow are you a tattoo artist
>say i was for 2 years
>"well i've been tattooing for 10 years"
>literally no visible tattoos
>"well yeah i have no tattoos bc i am a conservative guy"
>wtf
#metoo that was beyond autism
I don't get sex so I don't have to care about women's "issues"
What did they mean by this
If only there was such a thing as female only gyms....It's almost as if they want -ack-
Kek. Women aren't quitting the gym because of sexual harassment. They're quitting because they're fat, lazy fricks.
Women are just self conscious because they are 3/4 of the way naked in public, and when people look their direction the self consciousness rears back up, because dressing that way in a public gym is not fricking normal
girls went from wearing yoga pants to biometrically designed cloth that goes straight up the crack of their ass, they want men to look.
>biometrically designed cloth that goes straight up the crack of their ass
I don't know what you're talking about. I've never seen this one.
Oops, went to my post instead of the OP. But you get the picture.
>girls stare at me walking by while whispering to each other and giggling
>call the cops
>girls get banned from gym
I couldn't hear them by I imagine it was stuff like
>Sup, nice form. Can I work in?
And not just serial killer stares.
>1 in 5 women quit their gym membership
Yes, because women lack willpower. They are physically, mentally and emotionally weak. The #MeToo movement is a cope. Nobody really gives a shit about you dumb bawds in the gym, you're using it as an excuse to quit. Women stare at me all the time in the gym, good, they can watch the whole time and take notes.
I dunno, as a lonely man I feel pretty uncomfortable in most social spaces and I have to resist the same urge to leave and stay at home.
Here's the start of the article:
> We all have the right to feel comfortable and empowered in the gym but a worrying trend in men harassing women while they exercise is threatening this, with one in five women quitting their gym memberships. Samantha O’Brien reports – and we hear #metoo in the gym stories from Healthista readers
>
> The #MeToo movement has regained its position in mainstream media a year after it began.
>

Mirrors should only be there to check form and progress.
who goes to the park to socialize with strangers?
Maybe it's because I live in a college town, but there's two spots where random people just sit down and everyone talks with everyone. Obviously you dont talk to random people minding their own business, but it's one of the meetup spots where I live.
>who goes to the park to socialize with strangers?
A creep or maniac; that is, the average ISTner.
I support gender segregated gyms, but we both know that if you opened a men’s only gym it would just become a gay gym.
And that's a good thing!
You don't have to open a men's only gym, just don't have any cardio machines in your gym and make it 90% free weights, benches and racks. Also make sure the lightest dumbbell is 20lbs. Women will naturally avoid your gym like the plague.
based af
That probably would have been true 10 years ago, but in my gym nearly all the gen z girls are doing ass exercises in the lifting area using actual barbells. We live in the age of ass and most women now understanding that no one ever got a good ass from running kek
yep. 37yo boomer here and that was exactly the case 10+ years ago, girls all doing cardio, guys all doing weights. It's changed so much.
>We live in the age of ass
Very well put.
Men's only spaces/clubs/groups are violently quashed by feminists before they can even get off the ground.
Even if one did open, women would complain that they don't have men drooling over them anymore doing glute exercises in skintight clothes.
literally says
>a worrying tren
>harassing women
this is common knowledge
Imagine if I wore skintight clothes to the gym and then complained everybody was staring at my dong. There’s an easy solution.
try wearing a sports bra with your regular gym pants, see what happens
>we have a right... to feel empowered
Bitch, power isn't given, it's taken.
He shoulf slap it. If it has spring back she has a great ass. If it's wobbly like jello it's no good.
That chad is way out of her league. She has a terrible ass.
Separate gyms.
Men's gym would still be full.
Women's gym would shut down in a week.
>wear baggy shorts/pants and a sweatshirt
literally all it takes tbh
