Just look at natty body building competitions, that physique is absolutely possible as a natty. It’s just not sustainable. You could look like that for 2-3 months out of the year, at max. A better statement would be that you cannot look like that year round as a natty
this is a huge thing in natty v roided that many people dont even know about. with PEDs you hold onto a pump for ages. and some PEDs let you get rid of water weight really quick. natties can really just fraud looking a bit bigger in pics or certain poses irl (right after a pump). water bloat can turn a man from fat dyel to shredded if he has a pump. not dissing natties or roiders either btw, i dont care what people do.

I do purely bb routines... the only explanation I can think of is that you guys do copeshitting and unironically think you'll get aesthetic by lifting a barbell 15 times a week total. I mean, the volume I do with my shoulders alone goes to almost 300 reps with 22lbs

As for powerlifting that's something I exclusively start my sessions of with the rest is bb and calisthenics. Now that it's spring I do way more calisthenics and running. Food prices in my country are too high to be able to even afford a proper bulk despite having a middle class salary.

Idk what this routine is labeled as I don't autistically over research everything all day, but I basically do upper (arms, forearms, shoulders, chest, traps, upper back) on Mondays, wednesdays and fridays and do lower (legs calves, lower core, lower back) tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. I'm 184cm-91kg measured properly at the doctors office, I don't know about strength, I never bothered trying to test as strenght is not my goal, it's just vanity for me, and I've been lifting for 2 years, I took the second year seriously and maintained to it with 1 week break every month or so.
