      I think a lot of people find him funny without worshipping him. I mean he used his popularity spike from idubz to sell $50 t shirts and made multiple videos berating people who complained about the price, he clearly has a certain level of contempt for at least a portion or his audience.       The problem with OP's pic is that the blur is being applied evenly. There should be a gradient which applies little to no blur on the floor and slowly build up towards the wall

    Back off on the volume if you aren't recovering, or up the volume if it isn't enough. Try training past failure using drop sets.

    Those are pretty good guidelines. If you realise that 6 months ago your lifts were the same and your weight is the same, no real progress was made

    I mean I don't know what's your angle here? Are you asking how to not get demotivated or what? There isn't really a way to prevent it but there really isn't a way to unavoidably make zero gains granted you are doing things right.

    So again I don't really know what answer you want. Do it right? If you lift with progressive overload in mind, get your protein and stay consistent it's not possible to fail. It just isn't. There are other outside factors that can play into it but that's an arbitrary point. You might get a job at an oil rig and just completely stop lifting forever, you know life happens sometimes. And that's when you stall and make zero progress, or negative even.
