And donate blood. Dark circles will lessen dramatically within 12 hours of giving blood. Do this 2-3 times a year if you see the circles coming back. You're welcome.

Sorry but that's how it works. If your skin is thin, deoxygenated blood will appear grey when it pools under your eyes. Reducing iron through a blood donation will fix this

What does dairy, carbs, and vegetables (of all things) specifically have to do with anything?

I don’t agree with the avoid dairy and carbs thing but diet definitely affects your complexion. I’ve been drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in it first thing in the morning for over 2 years and my eyes look more clear and colorful and my overall complexion is horny inducing.

Ignore the morons above. If you consistently have them even after sleeping well you should apply serum with caffeine under your eyes.
Tea bags work the same way but are a hassle to keep on. To temporarily stop them you can rub ice which dilates the blood vessels under your skin

    I always had dark circles.

I then spent a month in jail. Set bed time of 9pm every night, up at 5am so 8 hours a night, no screens for 30 days, reading a book before lights out each day, no booze and plenty of water.

When I came out I have never felt so fricking good. Dark eyes gone entirely. More energy. Just feeling a lot better in myself. Basically did a 30 day detox

To get rid of them you have to use those creams that indians use to whiten their skin, it gets rid of the melanin in the skin.

Now that I think about it, ever since I got into cardio I don't mind being thirsty and stopped hydratemaxxing. Before this I used to drink 6 liters or some shit and couldn't stand even getting remotely thirsty.

If you've had them for your whole life like I have then you're pretty much stuck with them. I even had them as a child. If your skin and eye socket are a certain way genetically then you just have them.
The people in this thread saying random shit never even really had them, they were just tired one day and credit random things for them going away when they slept properly.

I have really bad ones and i've tried everything. even got a sleep tracker and have almost textbook perfect sleep now. still have the eye circles. I think the only way to deal with them is makeup which is not worth it imo just live with it

I think they appear because of receding chin. Your maxilla is pushing your whole face down and your eye sockets widen. Bags are formed because there is a hollow space between your eye and your cheekbone the shouldn't be there (or at least not be as big.) I'm afraid mewing just before puberty is the only solution. If you are 20+, it's over
