I don’t care what anyone says you can absolutely target tone these spots. Deadlifts, hip bridges, fire hydrants, flutter kicks Froggy glute lifts, warm up doing 20-30 minutes cardio first, bonus if you do a ten minute jiggle on a vibration plate to get more blood pumping to those areas.
Dont have hip fat but this thigh fat has been a pain in the ass for some time now. It makes my build look weird

I always thought I was in decent shape because my lifts were around 1/2/3/4 and I was 5'10" 205 pounds.
I'm down to 175 pounds now and still have lower stomach fat. You just need to keep cutting. Everyone underestimates their BF %.

Diet down to 8% bodyfat to see if it's even fat. If you have prominent love handles, there is a good chance that part of it is your bone structure. A wide pelvis will pretty much ruin your chance of having an aesthetic midsection.
