marinate 2 lbs of boneless skinless thighs in honey garlic whatever and I'll roast them all at once, broil at the end for that nice crispyness.
my favorite recipe is pan fried cast iron skin on boneless thighs, and finish it in the oven, then deglazing for a pan sauce.

Usually on a pan in the oven so I can cook like 10 at a time to eat throughout the week. Some montreal steak spice on it, and that's it. Stays juicy and not dried out all week.

    >on the weekends or when i feel like cooking
Boneless thighs pan seared on cast-iron. I use the bones and skin to make a broth to cook my rice in.
    >when mealprepping for the next few days
Just marinate some whole chicken breasts so they actually taste like something and cook them on a pressure cooker.
