              Thanks. Hit 252 at peak weight this year which was 10lbs heavier than my previous heaviest bulk. Still got a lot of cuttin to do but that was to be expected

                Eh I did an 8 minute mile a couple days ago so I could probably do a 27 minute 5k but I don't care enough to do more than a mile after lifting. I'd rather use that time to foam roll

      Yes anon, everyone is stupid but you. Your experience - of course - is the universal truth and the experience of everyone. No other way is possible. It’s not that exercise increases hunger for many and as a result overeat or that the body reacts with less NEAT to cardio throughout the day.     You need a good combination of fats and carbs to stay full throughout the day. Fats will fill you up faster. Carbs will make you go longer without your next meal.

    By keeping going. Your an addict and you have withdrawal. It will get better soon. But this shows you why you are in need of dieting; you have a unhealthy relationship with food. Can help too: think about something else, also make sure deficit is not too extreme (=unsustainable, bounce back).

    Add 100 calories and cut for a month longer.
    or
    Add 200 calories and do 30 minutes of cardio

    You shouldn't be "suffering" day 3. You're probably cutting way faster than you think you are or you have bad habits around food (e.g. eat to reward, eat because bored).

    Take ephedrine + caffeine to kill your appetite. Also gives you a nice energy boost to improve workouts while cutting.
