15g parm
Minced garlic
Salt + pepper+ nutmeg
You now have high protein low cal alfredo sauce, thank me later

2 x 500g low 0,1% fat cottage cheese
1 x 250g 40% fat or 20% fat cottage cheese
100g chocolate whey
40g of cocoa powder
Some water dunno 200ml maybe more I never measure, based on which constituency you want
Get a big bowl like 3 - 5 liters
(I recommend mixing the whey and cocao powder in the water first and then adding the cottage cheese one after another while continue to mix)
Mix that all
Get about 2kg pudding which is 1500kcal and about 230g of protein.
Don't forget to put some cling wrap over it so it doesn't dry out and put it in fridge.
If you get about 10 servings out of it it's 23g of protein per serving so it's a nice "snack" rather than a meal.
If it tastes too sour for your taste you can add sugar(I'm strictly against this) or more whey but then you have to add also more water.

I can't eat it with sweets, its too cheesy. Blend it with marinara sauce for a copycat vodka sauce. Basically in any sauce that you would use cream in, blend with cottage cheese instead. Marinara, algredo, pesto, mac and cheese, chicken pot pie, etc.

make sure the applesauce is the natural kind, no corn syrup shit allowed. applesauce only adds like 70-80 calories and makes the cottage cheese have some sweetness and tanginess, depending of course on your applesauce of choice.
