        it's fricking stupid and a subpar lift compared to squats, RDL's, lunges etc
        if you like it ofc do the lift but there's really no point, women do it because they saw other women do it, they like it because it's sexually suggestive and revealing and also much less strenuous than a honest to God set of RDLs to near failure

          I feel them in my glutes a lot and they're so much less fatiguing than RDLs
          I added BB Glute Raises to both of my leg days and I'm chillin, aint no frickin way I could just add RDLs in like that
