        I said if you were tired. Motivation is another thing entirely, but sometimes caffeine helps you get going. There is no fiction for lack of motivation other than unfurling your mind. If you can't even do something so basic, you will never make it in any facet or aspect of life.

    Well, if you want the body you want you have to put in the effort.
    So that helps, it also can be fun.
    I took a little over a week off from lifting due to pain from work. And my mental state went to shit so that also helps as motivation
