fermented foods, kefir, joghurt, lots of veggies, oily seeds, also foods with lots of fiber in them, and maybe psyllium husk

Fiber and fermented foods. That's it. Eat high fiber veggies and a shot of kefir or a few bites of kraut/kimchi each day.

Why would you eat fiber if you want a good gut? Are you stupid?

although not all dietary fibers are prebiotics, all prebiotics are dietary fibers. they feed your friendly gut bacteria and serve as food for probiotics

Kombucha put an end to decades of gut issues for me

Lots and lots of alcohol, just kill all those nasty bacteria. Then start from scratch with mother milk sucked from random lactating mothers in the park

diluted oregano oil will reset your gut biome, could be dangerous if used too aggressively idk. also works for clearing up body acne and oral thrush

Low fodmap diet where most of your carbs come from oranges. Olive oil, salt, and animal products only otherwise. Only drink spring and mineral water. Srs

what kind of seasonings are allowed on low fodmap diet?

        Anonymous

Pretty much avoiding onion and garlic. There are specific ones but those two are the most fodmap heavy seasonings. Asafoetida is a replacement that people on that diet use when they want something similar

i had to hop on this bih. would react to everything that had fodmaps with insane bloat and diarrhea. the sneaky culprits would be garlic and onions. you have to be cautious about ordering meat from restaurants. beyond that, flooding my gut with probiotics and prebiotics fixed my problems and i can eat food with fodmaps again

redpill me on the fungus schizos. Has anyone here actually gotten any benefit? I remember pics of morons shitting out their intestinal linings a while go.

Those pics were disturbing and repulsive. I have experienced significant relief (chronic digestive issues that affected me for decades) and never expected to improve, a few people I know irl have experienced benefits in other areas. At least one anon/namegay/tripgay on 4chins said they did, assuming everyone else is the samegay. there are others on leddit and on glowie productions. Info is easier to search for on leddit, but the /cdf/ gen is still going on /x/, more paranormal topics there.

Are you the same dude from the constipation thread the other day?? I'll say it again: Get a fricking colonic bro, it is the only thing that worked for chronic gut issues I had for almost 10 years. After colonic take a probiotic supplement for at least a month afterward. Eat clean ( no slop, soda etc) only home cooked meals and your gut issues should dissapear, or at least mine did. Good luck

Why would antihelminthics work on gut issues?

Because parasites are the cause of gut issues.

Stop eating broccoli lol. Cut out other toxic fibrous vegetables too. Fixed me right up and made more gains on my milk, kefir, and egg only diet.
