you need to judge the other people first. make fun of the chick doing moronic shit in your head and it will give you a fake superiority complex that overrides the worry >is this healthy
idgaf i'm laughing at all the morons
You just realize that everyone else is there for the same reason you are, and most of them feel the same way you do. They're just there to get a workout in and go home. Anyone whose opinion is worth caring about doesn't care about what you're doing in the gym.
Ironically I found that being judgmental and shitty made me way more self-conscious about the stuff I was doing - because it made me think that everyone else was being as critical as I was. I felt way better when I stopped worrying about it so much.
If you feel that way, maybe it's because you are judging other people and think they are doing the same?
I don't even notice anyone, let alone worry about what they're thinking.
I’m not a zoomer, and I mog these shitass dweeb teenagers. I am so autistic that I do not make eye contact with others so if they are giving me judgy looks I literally cannot receive them. I just keep my headphones in, blast the Doom soundtrack and lift heavy for three hours while paying no mind to others. In my mind they do not even exist.
nobody cares. everyone else is either too concerned about everyone judging them, or not paying attention because its just another day at the office.
the only people who are judgemental are the people who are judgemental of themselves. just stop caring.
>POV: you're a high school girl who accepted a drink at a frat party.
Not cool, anon.
phenibut hcl
She asked for it.
YGMI
Read the blue book and know that most gym goers don't know shit.
I never gave a shit, I always put my earbuds in and got in my own zone. The outside world is shit so let em stew.
I add 5 more lbs

Other people are mindless cattle
If you're big and swole , some people are gonna judge you behind your back but most are gonna be nice to you when you talk to them. Iol.
Why would they judge me for being swole in the gym?
because they know they will never reach your level so they will be like crabs in a bucket

I yell, "HEY EVERYBODY! WATCH THIS!" and then proceed to do something stupid. Works every time.

Maybe grow some zoomer hair. Then talk to them and try to frick their women
>say sus again

you are being watched. but if youre aesthetic then people wont look at you directly/make eye contact out of respect
but ur obviously just a little natty manlet, so what are you gonna do about it? nada

Im not neurotic/insecure so idk that feel.
if you're in the gym you're trying to improve. if people judge you it's the most fricking moronic thing ever. the gym is where you should be.
if they're wasting their time judging you, you should spend your time outperforming them.
every rep you do puts you ahead of the person that does not do it.
gym rats who've gone for years don't do this, only noobs have spotlight effect @ gym (could hurt form too)
be perfect
I like being watched.
>Try to recall small details about other people at the gym, or times I've seen them do stupid or embarrassing shit
