I want to start getting fit. My job kind of requires me to be in shape (EMT). I've been doing sit ups and push ups and running, basic shit. The front half of my body is starting to look good, but my backside is all flabby and shit and doesn't have tone I've gained on my front and I'm getting really annoyed carrying around these love handles. Does anyone here have any experience or advice with getting rid of lovehandles?
