I want to start getting fit. My job kind of requires me to be in shape (EMT). I've been doing sit ups and push ups and running, basic shit. The front half of my body is starting to look good, but my backside is all flabby and shit and doesn't have tone I've gained on my front and I'm getting really annoyed carrying around these love handles. Does anyone here have any experience or advice with getting rid of lovehandles?

You can bulk more throughout the year since your cuts are shorter and since DNP is great at resetting insulin resistance you will be more anabolic after the cut. DNP is basically perfect for people who want to spend all their time bulking (gaining strength and muscle). Imagine only having to do a theoretical 2 week cuts between 12 week bulking cycles.

Literally just stop being fat. You can't spot reduce. If you have love handles, if you can't see your bottom abs, it's all simply a matter of cutting for a few more weeks.

Tone. Does. Not. Exist.
You have some amount of muscle. You have some amount of fat. The fat obscures muscle. More muscle countours through more fat, up to a point. But you can't outbulk the fat to look "toned". You need to get rid of it to see muscle.
You just need to lose weight and get your fat % down. It’s hard work but worth sticking with it because visceral fat is linked to a lot of health issues - especially in men, who store it more readily.
Fast and do not consume carbohydrates, especially sugar. Insulin is your enemy. Intermittent fasting is the bare minimum, OMAD is ideal but harder to do.
If you want to lose fat REALLY FAST, take up swimming.
Swimming burns an absurd amount of fat because the body has to compensate for the temperature difference between your body and the water.
Maintaining your body temperature while submerged in water that's like 10 Celsius below yours takes massive amounts of energy.
You don't even need to swim hard or do much effort, the total time spent in the water matters more than the physical exertion itself. If you can swim slower but last longer swimming, that's better.

It's genetics.
What's genetic is how much bodyfat you store in which place at a certain bodyfat. Other people have other problem areas. Some lose it first from x, others from y etc. But the answer still remains the same, just keep losing fat. For me, I lose almost exclusively the fat from my face. I can still be >20% bodyfat but my face is fricking chiseled. Where as others still have bloated face and they need to drop to 10-12% to get their jawline.
