Just do tretinoin and use Hadalabo Gokujun Cleansing Oil to make sure your face isn’t dried out and you’re golden. Magical formula, anti aging, anti acne, anti wrinkles, scar curing, etc. You can get Tretinoin for like 10 bucks with insurance and get the oil from amazon.

Tret is a scam, most insurances don’t even cover it anymore, adapalene gel is cheap af and is the nonpatented version or whatever it’s the same thing, don’t get israeliteed on tret.

I use the lowest concentration and mix it w moisturiser.

Been in both cases. Not having a job is a mind breaking situation, not comparable at all with the problems holding a job involves. Although they are different kind of stressors. Having a job for years is like a slow process in installments that will erode you overtime.
When you are jobless your life is at risk, you can end in the streets, if you have kids you can't feed them, if you have someone they may leave you. This is very hard on the body, but it's not meant to last very long until you find another source of income.

I have a 25 yr old GF so I'm doing just fine.
I like/prefer to stay clean shaven and young looking. The haircut is just preference, I've had that style and will continue to keep that style until I die. But my point still stands you don't need a lot to stay young looking. Proper hygiene is the most important factor and having a clean shaven beard helps significantly with reducing the age you look.
I tried growing out a beard for 6 weeks and it was so annoying I shaved it and vowed never again.

idk its hard to say. what does X age even look like? ive seen some people at the gym that i thought FOR SURE were mid 20's and they were high schoolers. So if that guy is 30 and he look early 20's maybe idk like 23 or something, then essentially he looked the same as a high schooler. But I have also seen some 18 year olds that look like toddlers and I could obviously tell that tht guy is older than them.

There are also guys that are 16 and balding or receding temples. Some can grow a full beard at 18-19 yo, others never, then the hairstyle, the body, the clothing.

Only third worlders want what we have via birthright because they think it’s going to magically makes their lives better, when in reality they just get discriminated against for not being dark enough to receive special social privileges like the Asians in America have been dealing with for decades now.

0 fast food and 0 sodas are the only two major rules for a good diet, IMO.
Breakfast I eat nothing most days
Lunch I'll have something light like a peanut butter and honey sandwich, a salad, maybe a ramen bowl. For dinner literally any meal that has protein (meat) and vegetables.
1 Protein shake every day and fruits/granola bars as snacks.
I drink more coffee than most as I drink it throughout the entire day, but it's what I used to help get me off soda.
I use 0 products, I hate how lotions feel.

Most the time chicken, lettuce, shredded carrots, radishes, cherry tomatoes, croutons.
Nothing particularly exciting. But my protein count is low, I am trying to get bigger and need to add more healthy calories, I just don't particularly like eating. Its the worst part of working out and getting fit.

why do a lot of white male gamers turn trans?

      >why do a lot of white male gamers turn trans?
Lots of free time, nothing to keep your head busy with, lots of procrastination and lack of direction in life. Hedonism, escapism, having your life purpose to seek constant entertainment. Not everyone ends doing drugs or weighting 200 kg. There is different ways of fricking your life depending on what is that went wrong. These guys are not depressed nor traumatized, they don't have a purpose so they don't have an identity and think it's sexual/gender identity the source of the problem. Why most are white? Because it's more common to be white and have enough wealth to have such life. Blacks and other groups are more busy surviving, else they would also fall into this more frequently.

Lift weights for bone and muscle density. Do cardio for cardiovascular health
Do stretching and mobility work for healthy joints and tendons

On top of that eat good food, don't eat too much you gain weight, drink plenty of water, avoid long exposure to the sun, wear sunscreen and use some skincare products like moisturiser and retinol cream

Moderate exercise and fasting is the absolute 2 best things you can do for aging.

      >fasting
Yes just deprive yourself of nutrition and stress your entire body and constantly elevate your cortisol if you want to age well!

        Anonymous

It increases hgh production immensely. It allows your body to break down stuff like scar tissue you are normally not able to. Also cortisol only stay increased for the first 24 hours. Long fasting actually reduces cortisol to lower than base-line. Let me specify long fasting will reduce the effects of aging. Intermittent or OMAD is not going to cause a significant difference.

eat well! train well! sleep well! study well! and don't worry about getting older you can't help it. Just don't try to force yourself to stay young. It always looks bad when you try to fight it.

The most graceful thing you can do is not cling to your youth, who cares act your age. Like shave your head if your balding, if you go gray embrace it, don't stress about wrinkles. Just stay in shape. Stressing about your age doesn't make you look younger it makes you look like a goofy old man who's afraid of letting go.

Fitness will help. The bloodflow will definitely help with skin/hair aging. There are some preventative treatments that can help. Botox can be good but it can also make you look weird, especially as a guy. Eat a healthy diet, don’t get too much sun, the usual. As a man I’ve noticed some of the biggest factors are
    >don’t lose your hair
Cannot stress enough how big of a factor this plays in men looking old
    >take care of your skin
Obvious. No need to go crazy though, most of the high end creams and serums don’t really make that much of a difference. And ironically if you’re skin is too perfect especially if you are pale you end up looking uncanny or gay like that tech guy that’s trying to beat aging.
    >don’t get fat
A fat bloated face makes you look middle aged pretty much on par with hair loss
    >maintain a muscular or at least otter mode physique
Being skinny or skinny fat doesn’t necessarily make you look older, but it just looks terrible on middle aged men
    >have angular, masculine bone structure
While a baby face can initially make you look younger, they tend to age poorly. Boyish features with wrinkles and grey hair just do not look good. Masculine features enjoy a very long late prime if other things are taken care of. Even if they don’t look ‘young’ per se they still look good to the human eye in a way that there’s not really an equivalent for middle aged women. Pic related is an example, as is Brad Pitt

How do you gracefully avoid the negative effects of aging? Will fitness help here?

I want to reiterate, the focus as a man should be on looking GOOD, not on looking young. You should obviously take the hair and skin anti aging preventative measures, but when a man tries hard to look ‘young’ it almost always looks terrible. Because neotony in men is not nearly as attractive as it is in women. When you hear that an actor for example looks young instead of good for his age he usually looks something like pic related- boyish features into their 30s/40s which definitely lose their appeal to women as you hit that age

Also had some work done, still swollen n bruised.

I feel pretty youthful in my 30s and want to keep this up for a bit more.
probably doesnt work for people who wanna masc it up though.

I mainly wanted to fix my receded chin so I had sliding genioplasty.

they feminized it a bit and tapered my jaw to match, the jaw shaving was fairly minimal.
