Nta. You time them around physical activity. Carbs in general digest much more quickly than fats and proteins so you'll get a boost in energy soon after eating them
How hard are you cutting exactly? The last time I felt like that I was on a nearly 2000kcal deficit. It takes a pretty aggressive cut to have that happen typically

yea, but i hurt it hiking many miles so i'm easing back into it i simply can't do enough cardio as it is to make a big enough dent in my calorie bank

i never change my food intake on a cut, i just do more cardio. imagine living life on less than 300g of carbs a day. couldn’t be me. id rather run 5 miles every morning that not eat my carbies
Im cutting and have plenty of energy. Eat high quality whole foods instead of slop. Make sure youre still eating carbs, and keep the body moving

Count your calories and make sure youre getting enough protein and you'll be fine
If youre "cutting" and feeling tired youre undereating calories like crazy or not eating the right foods
Get bloodwork done by your doctor.
Set an alarm and schedule and go work out when it is time. How you feel has nothing to do with it.
