People with real ADHD can't NEVER concentrate, even when it's something they like.
If you cannot concentrate while studing or during a conversation but can when you play videogames or watch anime then you don't have AHDH, you are just a shithead

Best test is to go to a public place really crowded as many people as possible somewhere inside and shit your pants drop a fat smelly shitlog in your pants and just stand there make sure as many people smell it stand your ground for a good amount of time near when it starts to get crusty and if you did actually do that youre 100% moronic for sure.
I don't know. I have the discipline to both lift heavy and run long distances and stick to a very strict diet. I am incredibly disciplined with my health. But when it comes to anything else I have zero motivation. I can't even remember to pay my utility bills until I get a notice that my service is about to be shut off and it's a "life or death" situation. If I had a lower IQ I would probably be on the street. I just finished a Masters degree just floating through and procrastinating on every single assignment and paper. I should be looking for a job since I got laid off but I just can't find the motivation. But I still go to the gym every day and run 40+ miles per week without fail
ADHD common behaviors are:

I also had this deep aching hunger or whatever. Like I’m imploding and could eat the world and it wouldn’t be enough and it’s always there unless I do some extreme activity. I took medication for the first time and had blissful silence and felt relaxed like never before. I would take the medication just for that, even if it didn’t fix the attention stuff.

Unironically, if you are able to focus on stuff that isn't productive for long periods of time, it probably isn't ADHD. Think of something like reading a book before you were given a phone.
If you can focus on one particular thing for an hour, it should not be an inability to focus.
A legitimate side effect of ADHD is that their brains process caffeine differently. If cups of coffee awaken you, you probably do not have it. If it tends to relax you, you probably do.
Remember to detox from dopamine, fren. A lot of people devote their entire lives to getting your attention. It's not any more a sign of shame on you than it would be to step onto a trap. Keep trying your best bro.
