How do you save yourself from endocrine disruptors?

Almost all daily use plastcis have bpa. Even plastic phone covers . The zip line in bags probably as well. What can we do fit?

It increases testosterone, what's the problem?

That doesn't matter when it is causing estrogenic effects at a much higher rate

Higher testosterone in the blood because it can't be used because all the receptors are blocked.

Studies are inconclusive and major governments as well as WHO that normal exposure is not risky. BPA free plastics are a thing. Just don't use polycarbonates.

What in the literature do you find convincing and why?

Bpa free plastics use bpb and other near identical plastics. There's no such thing as good plastic.

Minimize your use and call it a day ( not that hard actually).

only polycarbonate plastics use bpa or it's variants. PP or PE are safe in that regard.

The WHO. Maybe the FDA too? Do you trust these organizations? If so I have some magic beans for sale of you're interested.

I trust them more than a random anon on IST. Yes, experts get it wrong sometimes, but lay people get it wrong even more

None because a rule in my country says my prior infection counts as a shot. I think covid vaccination for healthy young people is unnecessary but not particularly dangerous.

You’re not account for the BPA Analogues that are used in their stead. BPA free means literally nothing.

Limit the food and drink you consume outside of your home. Get glassware or stainless steel for cups, stainless steel for cooking and utensils, ceramic for plates and bowls, glassware for food storage, reverse osmosis filter for home, “natural” soaps and detergents, etc. You can’t stop them all, it is no longer possible. You can only limit your exposure now. However, just changing the stuff you eat, drink, or cook from will make a big difference because those are some of the biggest culprits.

You seem to have gotten emotional about your bpas. No you see people who worry about them have already bred because these things actually matter to a large. You on the other hand are like that stupid c**t Roundup rep who used to drink a shot glass of it at trade shows to show how safe it was and died after his cancer filled body gave out on him. But you donot for free. Lol

Out of all the poison the average person (you) consumes both voluntarily and involuntarily, this one is of pretty low concern tbh

Most are not significant health concerns. How many years of life do you expect to gain if all toxins would be removed?
