      Get an adjustable gripper 1-60kg.
      Start doing wrist curls with weight you can go up to at least 8 reps with(to prevent injury).
      Farmers walks or just holding a heavy ass barbell for as long as you can.
      I had b***h wrists, it didn’t take long to strong. The size is hasn’t changed much but that is the hardest spot to grow mass. It takes years to get big meaty claws.

      How long did you do the volume for, and what kind? I went from rooner lanklet to average musculature in 2 months. Work out 6 days a week. I alternate between 2 different workouts to work different muscle groups but it's not overly scientific, eg there's some overlap between the two. It's not optimal but my goal was strength & stamina for high intensity work like boxing. Use bodywork, weights light enough to manage but heavy enough to tire you out quickly, and do numbers.
