It’s called a spittoon, numb nuts; I advise you don’t drink from it in future.

Do exercise classes (martial arts, CrossFit, yoga, other) that start at a specific time so you spend your time commuting and doing a light workout instead of stuffing your gullet.

Try sugar free energy drinks (don’t drink more than half a can a day) or tea.

How tf do you do that. I eat 400g of broccoli (cooked, stems for 3 mins, florets 3 mins from boil), and I can barely eat anything for 2 to 3 days.

Also try eating high carb (I'm talkitn of 2g/bw protein, 1g/bw fat and EVERYTHING ELSE from carbs), but only from fruits, vegetables, oatz, and rice.

wouldn't all that put me into a caloric surplus?

        no
        if you're 100kgs
you take your calories (eg. 2500 BUT you have to find that for yourself via trial and error),
substract 4x200kcal (for your 200g of protein)
substract 9x100kcal (for your 100g of fat)
then you have 800 kcal left, that's 200 g of carbs

you can go even lower fat than that and add that to your carbs, don't go lower than 0.5-0.7g/kg of bodyweight in fat

          >almost 40% of calories from fat
???? why do this, why not keep it around 10-20%? I'm not advocating for removing fat altogether, and if anything full fat dairy and beef is the ideal for fats, but going that high seems like you're just going out of your way to get extra fat at that point. If you're not explicitly trying to do keto, why make fats such a big portions of your caloric intake?

You can't. There's no point in fighting it.
But since it's just a feeling, you can simply ignore it. You may feel hunger, but don't need to act on it.

If you try to get rid of that feeling, you just end up eating.

Just be hungry long enough and often enough, you get used to it

Eat more fat. Some people need a lot of fat to lose weight.

Some people are addicted to fast food. You may have to quit eating fast food and sugar for a month to break the addiction. Then, once you’re no longer addicted, your appetite may reduce.
