u can develop throat cancer from repeteadly vomiting, also destroy your teeths.

Just keep dieting homosexual or do some random 48 hour fasts

If you vomit it up you won't get the same satisfaction, i.e. you will be just as hungry after vomiting as if you never ate in the first place.

        >instant gratification mentality
Never going to make it, even if you lose the weight you'll just get fat but this time you'll be fat with a fricked up body and fricked up teeth. Fricking moron

Sorry kid, there's no fast forwarding through metabolism unless you're trying to have a nice day.

My girlfriend came down from 90kg to 65kg over the last couple of years, with an eating disorder that she's had since she was a teenager having some pretty serious flare ups over the course of that weight loss. Purging every day, sometimes several times a day. For the last year or so she's just been eating healthily and losing weight healthily but the purging helped at one point. Now she only does it if we get a takeaway and she eats too much (only happens probably once every so often)

But yeah go for it, calories in, calories out. If the calories come straight out that's fine too

This same amount of weight cutting can be done with intermittent fasting. All that is required is to not be a fatass and inhale food. There are even apps that can track your fasts.

But if having scar tissue in your throat from the frequent presence of stomach acid is attractive to you, be my guest.

      >eat food you know you shouldn't eat
      >then act like you changed your mind about eating it afterwards even though you knew all along
      >destroy your throat and teeth in the process
did you settle for this particular plan because no matter how hard you tried you just couldn't think of anything even more moronic?
the fricking mental gymnastics sugar addicts will engage in to KEEP EATING GARBAGE. unreal.

      >settling for a fat chick that pukes every day
simp doesn't begin to describe it, holy shit.

Haven't done it myself, had a family member we found out was. She had been losing weight and seemed to be doing ok. Then she started puking up blood and ended up in the ER because vomiting so much had eroded her esophagus, and she started hemorrhaging. Multiple surgeries and two months before she was able to come home.

Do not get into the habit of doing this, but I would be lying if I did not admit that I've had an every one in a blue moon strategic trigger pull on a particularly bad day of eating. I have a very sensitive stomach, so it is usually if I eat to a point of bad indigestion and/or pain that I'll do it.

No. Do not purge. It's a dark path and you will end up gaining weight with it. It will permanently, irreparably frick up your throat and teeth. Just eat below maintenence.

It took me a year to go from 155 to 125 and I lost very little muscle. I ate at 1400-1600 a day and had a cheat meal once a week. Just take it slow.

Also, if you're really wanting to go hardcore like purging, just eat protein powder, water, vegetables and occasional rice for a week. You can stay at like 800cal easily doing that. (You WILL frick up your metabolism, so you'll have to slowly refeed)
