I've never ran a mile on its own except in school. I run about 8 or 9 in an hour so somewhere between 6.5 to 7.5 minutes. I could probably break 5.5 if I went all out but I hate running that hard.
this also means that anyone claiming to be a runner will also be absolutely dyel and have 0 muscle mass
you simply cant be muscular and a runner at the same time. The more muscle you have the more damage you will do to your body when you run. The only way to be a healthy run is to be so incredibly lightweight so that the damage of you slamming your body into the pavement with each stroke incurs the least damage possible, and even then you will accumulate damage over time. No runner runs forever

even professional athletes like ronaldo have to retire before age 35 because of damage incured from running
9 min but I was born bow-legged and had muscles removed as a kid. Early 90’s were a hell of a time to be a child. Like having my teeth coated with what was basically Teflon because my rich great aunt knew a guy in Mexico. Frickers are grey and I still have baby teeth, but never had a cavity.
7 minutes

Fastest was like 5:28. But I'm old with old people problems so I run 7-8min.
6 minutes flat. Though if it's more than 1 then I'll average 7:30
running is for kids
a grown adult body doesnt have the dynamics to run without damaging the ligaments
basically you have to be a starving ethiopian or a 12 year kid if you want to run withiout destroying your tendons and joints

you're fat. fatter than you realize
im below average weight, which is still way too heavy to be a runner. Only anorexic people with 0 muscle mass can run proficiently
post body
no
fatty cope
I know 70 year olds who still run. Humans evolved to run and chase prey.
Picrel is what my Strava says
Not very fast. I’ve never timed a mile in the past 15 years but I ran a 5k in 26 minutes so I could probably do like a 7:30 maybe
fast enough
