It's very feasible if you start off skinny. I achieved a similar physique at this height in a few months, wasn't putting up anything impressive at all weight wise either. If you're already skinny (not skinnyfat, I mean true low bf% skinny) just eat at a 500 cal surplus and do a full body workout every other day for a few months and you'll see. If you've got substantial body fat then I have no idea how to help, I've never been fat

Lu raises activate the traps so you'll see some gains there, they basically take over at the top of the movement. However, the resistance curve of dumbells/plates against gravity is bad there so you have less to work against as it gets higher up. Generally traps tire before side delts so think of them as side delt prefatigue to main delt lifts. Lu does them for convenience and because he has no reason for his delts to outstrip his traps seeing how he doesn't care about aesthetics, only whether he can lift a weight which this helps with.

How do you work abs good? Leg raises?
Hanging leg raises are great. I also do planks and bicycle crunches as well. I know many anons on IST have advocated for those ab-roller wheels, but I’ve never used one myself. Many other lifts/exercises require you to brace your core, so they also work abs in a tertiary way.
make sure to use the right technique on leg raises. I used to much of my hip muscles on it for a very long time before a friend noticed. months of wasted progess
