No matter how late in life you start lifting it will always be better than not lifting. It is very easy to build muscle at 22 as compared to, say, your forties after T levels begin to crash. I would be thrilled if I'd started at your age instead of getting fit embarrassingly late in life.

Frick off you shouldn't even start lifting before that. Yuounger you should focus your training on mobility and explosiveness rather than strength or mass.

Why would you be fricked? Why would 22 be "late"?
And the big one...if not starting "late" really meant that much to you then why the frick didn't you just start sooner then?

You're never going to make it. You're always going to behind your perfect clone that started lifting at 21. Give up NOW.

I started at 27 from sedentary DYEL. This is 2.5 years in, Natty. Go hard eat well sleep well you'll have a new body in 1 year. The body adapts and changes to fit your needs. Make it think you need to be strong

Zoomers are fricked in the head, you've been so "youth youth YOUTH!!!" poisoned that you think 22 is old. You're a fricking baby, a kid. Your body condition won't peak for another 4 or 5 years

You can get very, very strong. Just show up and lift consistently. In 3 years you’ll be unrecognizable.
