You probably googled this and spent hours on hours on reading. Why you even here asking this shit? You know all the answers you are gonna get fricking homosexual
Fit likes to talk low test this and that, but in reality sensitivity to it also matters. You can have test in the lower range, but your sensitivity could be pretty high, so body works as intended.
In fact high testosterone could be a problem. I get autoimmune flare-ups because of that. My teenage years were hell due to this, and I still have damaged joints and thyroid.
Well my TSH is 0.5 so my thyroid is on the verge of hyperthyroidism, my immune system is pretty rock solid I like to think.
Haemoglobin: 163g/L
Haematocrit .46
Red cell count: 5.1
MCV: 89 fL
White cell count: 8.6
Neutrophilis: 4.8
Lymphocytes: 2.87
Monocytes: 0.79
Eosinophils: 0.04
Basophils: 0.06
Platelets: 246
I don't have reference ranges for most of these, but I was told by my endo that normal values of TSH for a 20-something should be between 1 and 2. I had 3 at the time, been keeping it at a healthier level with levothyroxine ever since.
So you are mildly hyperthyroid, it seems. I'd go to a endo doc and check free T4 and T3. It's possible that your tryroid produces more than enough, but you can't convert enough T3 to T4 or something.
Looked it up for myself. Because I had glucose testing in the referral as well, I was told to fast before my test, this can artificially lower TSH levels.
How long have you been lifting? If it's >1 year consistently then it's low. Do all the usual stuff to make it higher (vitamin D lots of sleep, avoid BPA etc)
Test reference range in mg/mL is 2.40-8.70, might be regional however.
You are within normal ranges, leaning towards the lower, docs will likely tell you that this is fine.
What does your diet look like? Bf%?
That should be your first focus then, lower bf% and keep up with the lifting.
I'm 6'2 and weigh about the same so it's not your weight that's an issue, hell it'll probably go up with more muscle mass.
I'd say keep it up for now, try to get more sleep since sadly the "go to sleep at 4 am and get up at 9-10" kinda stops being feasible long-term past 30.
Then check test levels again and go from there...or depending on where you live, how little you care about consequences/living long and how accessible good quality steroids are you could go that route. I started at 25 but being a pharmacist and doing a frickton of research I do dosing a bit differently.
Yeah I've been keeping my weight at 100kg and started lifting, I've been getting leaner over the past 2 months without changing weight at all.
I've been trying to keep weight at 100kg because the last time I got to 85kg I lost all my strength.
As long as my test isn't so low that it prevents gains, I'll be happy.
Test in and of itself doesn't tell you much, you need to see free test, E2, SHBG etc too
Ok, the Dr. didnt even want to test my testosterone levels to begin with, can you give me a rundown on what I want to look at?
Struggling with being tired every morning, I am not a morning person. Yes I get moody and it is a legit problem, Depression? yep I deal with that too.

Eat shit and die.
Wait, you'd probably enjoy that you fricking robot.
Depends how you feel. Tired, moody, depressed? Yes, you are fricked. Otherwise no, you are fine.

I'm 34 and the reference ranges are 0.3-3.5 so I am basically hyperthyroid, but I am also thinking that this be offset by my intermittent fasting.

I struggle to get more than 7 hours of sleep a day.
I've been avoiding BPA for years and I'm in the sun every day for more than 6 hours

Been doing a job that involved manual labour for over a decade, been lifting <2 months
Test reference range in mg/mL is 2.40-8.70, might be regional however.

What does your diet look like? Bf%?
Idk my bf% and I have no calipers, I'll brb after i get a tape measure for belly and neck measurements
around 25% bf, eat mostly meat, no fast food, low carb diet.
22.5% when I include neck measurements, 25% was just with height, weight and waist.
That should be your first focus then, lower bf% and keep up with the lifting.
