So I did keto for a year and then switched to CICO since it made more sense while I worked out. Since premed's a b***h, I gotten into the habit of skipping meals while working out thrice a weak. It got so bad that for the past 6 months my daily caloric intake was around 1.1k on a good day, or just completely forgetting to eat on a bad day. Worst part is, I never feel hungry, just tired around midday at the worst. How can I unfrick my metabolism to go on a non muscle-killing cut?

start lifting
Been doing that for one and a half years pal.
the more you lift, the more calories you metabolize
...My issue is that I fricked up my metabolism enough that it's fine living off of crash diet calories and never wants to gain muscle mass.
Your body adjusts caloric expenditure to match calories in. If you are actually eating 1100 calories a day, which seems unlikely, then your body would lose some combination of fat and muscle, then if it still didn’t have enough energy, it would make up the difference by slowing down your metabolism. This would happen until you reached equilibrium.
So basically, if you’re at equilibrium now, at 1100 calories a day, that would mean that either you’re completely shredded, or your metabolism slowed down at some point in order to make up the difference.
The first step would be eating more until you reached maintenance calories. This would allow your body to start using more calories again and allow you to build muscle more easily. For most people, maintenance is around 2000 calories a day. You can find an online calculator to estimate BMR, then increase calories slowly until you reach your estimated BMR or until you notice weight gain.
After that, you can either decide to bulk or cut. Always bulk slowly. Also, look up how to count calories correctly.

It's not a thing.
Sounds like you're not lifting hard enough.
Also stop eating goyslop and eat more protein. That'll help.
he's not eating enough, he'd just lose more weight if he lifts harder
Not accurate. As we know thanks to the prison population that doesn't have enough calories to reach their TDEE, you can still gain muscle and be ripped at a calorie deficit if you push yourself hard enough, even with no weights.
I'm not your pal, buddy.
I'm not your buddy either pal

No hope for you
drink coffee, that should boost your metabolism
add sugar into your diet, just ignore the ketards
Your post has nothing to do with your "metabolism". You're not very good at words for a premed.
If you need to eat, then eat. What's so hard about that?
What is your weight and height? Whenever anyone says they eat that little I don’t believe it unless they’re a fricking dwarf
