    Won't do much. If you want to lose fat you should eat less calories. You can do it through exercise but it would take hours every day. Use exercise to get stronger and to improve your heart and lung health

    kettlebell swings and snatches really tire me out quick so probably good. stregnth and anerobic cardio in one.
    his form looks goofy though.
    too much forward swing too little upward pull

    too hard of a slam on his wrist at the top you kind twist it more to snake the kettlebell into the top position than over the top. his would probably hurt with heavy weights

    Overrated. They are good for core. They require more stabilization compared to dumbbells and barbells. If you want to lose weight just hop on a bike. You want to do cardio, nothing else.

      mark wildman has good vids on just about every kettlebell move.

      kettlebell swings are the best excercise id say and they cant be done better with other stuff.

      kettlebells are great if you wanna work out at home with minimal gear.

          He is a bit of a huckster but he steals from the best, and his routines generally work.
          Wildman is better in most ways.
          Girevoy style (kettlebell sport style) also has some resources you may want to look into such as Kat's Kettlebell Dojo or Lebe Stark.

    good hitt, which certainly helps, but if you need to burn a lot of calories, you're gonna have to eat less and do low intensity work as well.
